  Mr. Janssen, we are sorry we couldn't cover this damage to your ridge cap from this past years storm (2023). Unfortunately, due to that recent storm, you would need to file another claim with your insurance company. This damage is NOT from our workmanship, it's from a storm that hit your area (June 2023). We did offer to add your repair to our list for a service charge.

  Lori, we are so sorry that you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, we do not appreciate being called "lunatics" and "off our rockers" while still requesting a repair. Our records show the estimate was sent the next day (4/21), it may have gone to your spam folder. I'm very sorry for this experience and wish you the best.

  Had hail damage in 2019 and the way the roof was done we found beer cans up on the roof and in the yard. We still experience leaks and our gutters were drilled into the railing and not installed properly. Things were not installed properly all around the roof. And we do not recommend them

  The company was very quick at installing our roof. However, they broke our radon fan in the process. It has been almost a year and I am still struggling to get the company to replace it. They’d rather blame it on a person that has since left their company. Your company broke it and you need to fix it.

  They won't honor the warranty for a roof, on the house we bought, that was done in August 2020. She said the warranty is non-transferable!

  I wish I could have used this company but apparantly they subcontracted my roof out and it has been a real nightmare. Roof not installed properly, caused water damage inside of my home then did the worst repair job in probably the history …

  In my opinion and experience, these guys were horrible to work with! They replaced all the shingles, but did not fix the leak, even though it was pointed out to them specifically. Nobody on the work crew spoke a word of English, so I was not able to communicate with them at all. The guy who was supposed to come look at and fix the ongoing leak, failed to show up or call until the 5th attempt. He then said he would be back in a couple of days with materials for the repair, but again failed to call or show up. Then when I finally got him on the phone two weeks later, he proceeded to complain that I was too difficult to work with, and told me they were not coming back to fix anything. Apparently me expecting him to show up when he says he will makes me "difficult" somehow. Worst service after the sale I've ever experienced anywhere. I highly recommend that everyone should stay far, far away from this business.

  We do understand you are frustrated. We also understand the scheduling issues from both sides in lining up a time when you could be there as well. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our repairman came out three times. When he inspected the roof he found that due to the uncommon design of your home/roof... the lower roof runs back into the soffit where the roof meets the eave, this is where the leak is occurring. The area would need to be re-metaled and re-sided to take care of the issue. Even though the issue is coming from the siding, not the roof, we were still willing to come out and fix this issue for you free of charge. If it is a compatibility issue with any of our representatives, we are willing to have someone else reach out to you.   We had a great experience with All Seasons Roofing. From start to finish, they were professional, communicated well, and made the entire process easy. They were a huge help working with our insurance company and made sure our hail claim was handled the right way. The crew showed up when they said they would, did quality work, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The roof looks great, and it’s hard to find contractors this reliable these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend All Seasons Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or help with an insurance claim.

  Did a fantastic job replacing our roof! Came out and did multiple inspections for the insurance company and were honest and reliable. Did the job in a very timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly as well. Great communication, great people, highly recommend!

  We were replacing a roof that had been in place for over 30 years; it had served us well, but the maintenance of a new roof installation was due. Every aspect of getting a new roof through All Seasons Roofing was very professional. The response for an estimate was timely; interactions and scheduling with the office were efficient; the work crew clearly had years of experience working together as their work was coordinated from set up to cleanup at the end. A project manager stopped by first thing the next day to conduct a secondary cleanup (though the first cleanup was thorough). Our new roof transforms the appearance of the house and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend contracting All Seasons Roofing for your roofing needs.

  Chad with Allseasons replaces our roof as well as several of my neighbors Chad and his crew did a fantastic job! They cleaned up everyday, were extremely efficient with their time and the price was very competitive! We highly recommend Chad and his crew for all of your roofing needs!   All Seasons Roofing did an excellent job replacing our entire roof. They completed the project in just one day, working with professionalism and maintaining a clean worksite. By the end, there wasn't a trace of debris around the house. They used high-quality shingles from a reputable company, which were on my insurance provider's approved list, allowing me to receive a deduction on my insurance. All Seasons Roofing was very helpful in providing the necessary documentation. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied, and the roof looks great.

  Field supervisor Kyle Walsh came to my door offering a free inspection due to the March hail storms to see if there was hail damage to my exteriors; Mr. Walsh found qualifying damage and we proceeded to file a homeowners claim for hail, I got a brand new roof and my ventilation fixed to make sure I had a manufacturer’s warranty. Within 2 weeks they gave me a roof build date and for 23 sq they did it within 7 hours! Kyle and his team will be my contractor for me and my family, I’ve referred everyone I know to him and all seasons roofing for their services for community. Thank you Kyle Walsh and All Seasons Roofing. I’m 68 and never turned in a claim and with you and your company I saved 20k and now have a properly vented roof. Thank you and god bless!

  Kyle Walsh and All Season got us approved for our roof replacement and got us a new roof within a week. When the gentleman showed up they were quick! I mean quick! 6 hours for 20 sq! If you live in Decatur please let this gentlemen and his team to help you out! 10/5 stars Betty
