  Inspector Roof may be good at doing shingle roofs. I'm not sure, I never used them for a shingle roof. But rubber membrane roofs. Stay away from them! I had to void out my 10-year warranty, because the rubber roof was already starting to come away from the wall after less than 1 year, causing water damage through the apartment walls. They wanted an extra 5 to 6000 dollars to fix the problem! Yikes! So, I found a very good company that has been doing rubber roofs for over 40 years. They fixed the problem for less than 1500 dollars. They said Inspector Roof did the job wrong when they tried to attach the very thin and cheap metal bars to the side walls with the rubber underneath. They used a nail gun to force fasteners into brick. Causing the mortar from the brick to come apart. The other roofing company I used said there was nothing wrong with my brick mortar. They should have drilled into the brick. And used fasteners. And he said they used a very cheap and thin metal bar to attach the metal bar to the brick with the rubber underneath it. Never will I use them again! Glad I voided their warranty. It's worth getting some company that does the job right the first time. And not use cheap materials and do a fast job by shooting nails into brick and saying your mortar in your brick is bad. And you need to spend another 5 to 6000 dollars to fix it right. Glad I didn't take their advice and got someone who went behind them and fixed their mistakes for a 3rd. of the price! Very Disappointed!!! :>(

  Over the past 3 days, I have left message and texts but they won't get back to me. On April 14, they sent me a text, "This is Inspector Roof reaching out about your quote request for Gutters." I responded, asking them to call me and I also left a voicemail for Shawn. He never called me back. This is not the way to run a business! I got their name on Angi's list. Waste of time.

  If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Customer service is top notch. Very professional, quick responses and answers all questions. Our new siding, gutters and downspouts look spectacular. The crew did an amazing job with installation and clean up. We would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!!

  Huge tree fell on our house. They responded quickly and got the roof tarped as soon as tree was moved out of the way. Very professional and thorough service. Looking forward to having them back soon for permanent repairs. Definitely recommend.

  Shawn was amazing. Very professional and kind. He explained everything along the way. Price was very reasonable and Shawn and his crew did a great job with install and cleanup after. I am extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend!

  I had a very positive experience with this company and both salesmen. I needed a new roof and there were multiple situations going on. They were both very professional and handled each one quickly and efficiently. I knew up front the total cost of the job before it was started and was made aware of what could possibly change during the process. Pictures were also provided before any additional materials were purchased, etc. along with pictures of the before and after job started and ended. I would recommend them for any projects you may have.

  We had an outstanding experience with Inspector Roof from start to finish. Their customer service was truly exceptional. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, and a special shoutout to Shawn for keeping us informed throughout the entire process and making everything feel easy and stress free! The crew worked efficiently and the job was completed much faster than we expected. What really stood out was the attention to detail, especially with the cleanup. Our yard was left spotless, as if they were never even there. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking roofing team, I can’t recommend Inspector Roof enough.
