Would not recommend- went with them for “Veteran owned” and it was a joke! No Vet I know would treat a disabled vet the way I was treated! Not to mention they failed to comply with state/county permitting. After a year and a half I am still waiting! Not just the ignorant employee’s but the owner Stephen Forte knew what was going on (he played the blame game) in all of it and still failed me. Such a shame

Failed to follow state/county building permits (FL). We have a cert of completion yet our permit is still open with county. Over extended themselves in an dire time of need and then played the blame game. NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Dear Innovative Construction, Thank you for the incredible service your team has provided us here at Golfview. Terry has been exceptionally accommodating to our association, and I fully expect to continue working with him and your team in the future. A community like ours is special, and we rely on strong support from our vendors just as much as from our residents and office staff. Terry, I can’t thank you enough for the support you’ve shown us. The time, attention to detail, phone calls, and consultations have all been truly appreciated. Your A+ service has not gone unnoticed, and I genuinely look forward to continuing our partnership. Thanks for everything, Brian S.

My home, a single-family house built in 2010 with about 1,770 square feet, recently needed a roof inspection. I had two different companies come out to assess the condition. The first company immediately recommended a full roof replacement and quoted me over $30,000. They also pushed financing options pretty aggressively, which felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine consultation. The next day, I had a second inspection done by Innovative Roofing Pros. Two team members came out, took their time inspecting the roof thoroughly, and were professional throughout. After the inspection, they told me honestly that they didn’t find any major damage and did not recommend replacing the roof at this time. That level of honesty really stood out to me. They could have easily suggested unnecessary work, like the previous company, but they didn’t. I truly appreciate their integrity and transparency. When the time does come for roof repair or replacement in the future, I’ll definitely be contacting Innovative Roofing Pros again. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy roofing company.

in 9/2022, I was one of the badly affected areas of hurricane Ian In southwest Florida. Innovative construction came out to help our town. They Put my blue tarp on, and allowed me to wait for my insurance money. They did not price gouge us, and they did exceptional work. When it was time for the roof install, They did exceptional work. Even our municipality Roof inspectors said it was outstanding. And they put me in contact with a gutter replacement company, who traveled with them to help. They also did not price gouge. They installed an excellent roof, and I greatly appreciate them!
