  We had siding, new roof, and gutters installed by Infinity. Infinity could not follow written, verbal and draw plans for the project. Would not cooperate with other contractors on site & even put their safety at risk. When you talked to them ABOUT cooperation, they claimed “racism”. The overall project manager was not on site to coordinate the work. Would NOT talk to the crew working to not interfere with others on job site. The overall project manager was hard to contact. They sided over one of our bathroom vent exits and had to be told to fix it. They painted parts to install ON OUR LANDSCAPE STONE, dripping paint. They left scattered installation material all over the yard that froze to the ground at night, making installing it impossible. When talked to, the overall project manager was combative, angry AT US for having him follow the plan, and verbally abusive in conversation. He attended meetings he was not invited to and could not be relied on for the truth. Pictures of the situations discussed had to be used to correct his statements. He was a nightmare to work with. We would not recommend this company for the reasons listed above and many more not mentioned. The job WAS completed. The only thing GOOD to say was that management was willing to address all the items not done correctly first time. It took MONTHS and we had to almost manage the job ourselves to get what was clearly written & drawn, TO SCALE, plans for this project. This was a homeowners worst nightmare to finally get a completed project. It is nice, but the cost by stress (I am a retired contractor) to get there was painful & unnecessary.

  This company has their stuff together! From start to finish they communicated well and met all deadlines. Our roof looks great. Our gutters look great and we are super happy customers!

  Kyle came out to check on some damage done by a snowblower on a vinyl siding corner of our garage. He made the re installed the corner and made sure everything looked good. Most places would not want to do the repair being it was a small task.

  Massive white pine fell on my roof during a terrible storm and after the arborists cut and cleaned it up Smith Roofing was quick to temporarily patch it up before more storms moved in. Great communication and easy to work with. Made a nightmare situation less stressful for sure!

  Great company to work with. I had some storm damage and contacted Infinity the next day. They were very responsive and willing to work around my work schedule to schedule a time to check out my problem. Kyle was very knowledgeable, honest, and gave me multiple options for a repair. He went out of his way to help! Highly recommend.

  I met Vin at the home, he explained about the work that needed to be done, we agreed on a price and he had the work done on time as promised, and after tearing off the old roof found that he could save me some additional money… couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Vin and his team.

  Great customer service, incredibly knowledgeable. Had a free inspection completed by Vin and he showed us pictures of things we never knew about our roof, he even did a temporary fix on the spot !! People need to utilize this company. Total professionals!!
