I do not recommend Indy Rooftops. I honestly don't know how they have so many good reviews. I wanted to support a local company, and they had great review. I made a big mistake! I signing a contract with them. Do not sign a contract with …

Carl and his team are caring, responsive and supportive partners in the whole process. Carl even came out the early morning after a large rainstorm to help cover our roof before we could get it fully replaced. We are so grateful for his quick response and willingness to go above and beyond to help.

Carl was fantastic to work with, his team did an exceptional job, they charged a reasonable price, and they were in and out in just one day. I will use them for any of my roofing needs in the future.

Jeff Haase from Indy Rooftops came to inspect our roof. He noticed some issues that he took care of on the spot. He was on time, and considerate. He pointed out some issues that we can take of in the future and promptly delivered an estimate.

This is an unsolicited review for Indy Rooftops and Sam Sorgius, one of their technicians. We met with Sam early last month (July 2026) and by the end of the month had a new roof. Sam was very attentive to our situation. The crew was excellent and left the property very clean. We had a very good experience with Sam and Indy Rooftops.

I called after we noticed water coming in around our attic window while it was raining. Just a few minutes after my initial call, a technician called me back, and they were at our home to inspect the issue within 30 minutes. They suspected the weep holes were covered, and after getting up on the roof to take a closer look, they found that the weep holes had been painted over. They cleared them, and water immediately started draining out. I wasn’t charged for the service. Max and Sam were the technicians who came out, and they were both friendly, helpful, and professional. I’ll definitely be recommending Indy Rooftops and will call them again for future issues.

Our entire roof installation experience with Indy Rooftops was excellent and we’re very happy with our new roof. From the original inspection, sales and quoting meeting (their price was the lowest of 3 highly rated roofing companies) until the final cleanup as the crew drove away, everything went smoothly. Carl Smith’s low pressure approach, knowledge of the roofing materials and features, and building codes is outstanding. With his explanation of ice barriers, replacing old box vents with ridge vents, skylights with motorized blinds and the little things like painting old rusty furnace vents and air vents, we were actually excited about getting the new roof. It was kind of a weird emotion, actually. We highly recommend Indy Rooftops.

They have replaced several roofs in my subdivision and all the neighbors spoke very highly of them, so i didn't hesitate to call them for an inspection after some recent storms. They were very professional, friendly, and honest with me. I will absolutely call them for any work I need in the future.
