  Very poor customer service...

Unfortunately, we don't know who you are. We can see that you're not in our customers list. Either you're giving us 1 star intentionally or you're making a mistake to give the review to the wrong company. We're not the roofing company you're looking for the negative review.

I was referred by a friend who recently used Indianapolis Roofing LLC in a pinch when trying to sell their house. They came out to my house within 24 hours, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on the spot. Nesha was very responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process! Will certainly use them again in the future for any roofing needs.

Dylan and his crew are quick and efficient. My new roofs look beautiful. The architectural Owens Corning resembles cedar shake shingles! Thanks, again for 2 good jobs.

Thank you so much, Greg! It was truly a pleasure working with you on both of your homes. We’re thrilled you’re happy with how everything turned out, and we agree—the Owens Corning architectural shingles have an amazing cedar shake look without all the maintenance. We really appreciate your trust in us and your kind words. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help. Thanks again!

I had a roof leak on my house, right in the middle of my living room. From first contact with Indianapolis Roofing until the work was completed was barely 24 hours. …

Thank you so much! We really appreciate the initial review. I see you’ve edited your review. We had some unexpected staffing changes and that absolutely made our schedule for warranties and follow ups off for a little over a week. We are back up to full function. We apologize that you experienced this. I hope that you feel remedied now.

Fantastic work. As soon as contract details were agreed upon and deposit was made, work was done a day later. Communication was great as well! Highly recommend.

The snow damaged my second story gutters. I reached out to Indianapolis Roofing to go ahead and replace all my gutters. They were able to get me a quote and samples right away. Once I approved the samples, they were onsite the following Saturday knocking out the work. I would recommend Indy Roofing for your next project.

The team came out timely and was in constant communication with me. They were able to get out to do the work faster than any other roofer I called. The team even came back a second time for free to help clear up an additional hole a raccoon made in my house. The team was professional and easy to work with
