Didn't show up for insurance inspection or follow up. I called the incline exteriors roof inspector to inform him of the insurance inspection. He requested that I text him the details which I did. Halfway through the insurance inspection I called him to see if he was coming. He said he thought he forgot about one of his appointments and casually talked about how he's too busy to record clients names. I called him back when the claim was denied and he said he'd follow up sometime the following week and would let me know when he was coming. He didn't follow up. I'll be going with Ascension roofing and siding instead who's secretary was very dudiligent and curtious. Too poor of communication with incline. Did get a hostil toned call promptly after this review where he did recall my name and requested I delete the review. When I said there was nothing he could do to have me remove it he immediatly hung up.

I had nothing but problems with this company, they immediately replaced my roof but left nails all over my driveway and yard, damaged my siding, left the trim they replaced unpainted after months of calling it got fixed and over a year later I am still missing a gutter their reasoning is that they forgot to quote it.

We have had a terrific experience with Incline Exteriors. They replaced all of our shingled roof and gutters last year. This week, Andy resurfaced our flat, rolled roof on a very hot day - nicely done Andy. I no longer worry about leakage on this old house. They are terrific to work with and do great work. Thanks! Incline Exteriors responded promptly to my call, and they showed up when they said they would. They gave a lot of thought to the possible cause of my roof problem. They came up with a creative solution.

They are friendly and communication is good. Efficient and quality work. Reliable in their recommendations. Follow up: I had Incline Exteriors do the work to replace my siding after a large tree came down against the side of the house. They did a great job the first time, and when I needed a piece of trim replaced two years later due to natural degradation, Justin came out promptly and took care of it. They provide good service and I highly recommend working with this company.

Greg Johnson and Incline Exteriors recently replaced a roof for my rental property. They responded exceptionally to a tight timeline we had. The work was done in one day and their clean up was great. The. next day you would not have know they were there.

Incline did a great job after hail damaged our roof and skylights. They replaced our roof and skylights using an experienced crew using high quality materials. Neighbors told us they highly recommended Incline and we found out later that Incline treats its employees better and retains its crews for many years. We highly recommend Incline to our neighbors. They are high integrity and we enjoyed working with Ryan. Our roof was very steep and challenging and Incline took it on and it looks great. Andrew was a great help with additional contracted roof work! After a few years, Incline fixed a shingle issue under warranty with excellent and quick service. They set the standard for the industry. Highest integrity. I highly recommend Incline!!

A joy to work with! We had our roof replaced using Scott Rodemacher and his team. Their attention to detail is second to none. Not only are they good at what they do, they leave the entire property exactly like they found it. All of those …

Incline Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our old cedar shake roof with new, high-quality asphalt shingles. Their pricing is very reasonable and their workers were respectful of our property. Incline was extremely flexible with our schedule and all the work and timing was just as promised. Would definitely recommend them to others.
