IMPACT Roofing Co

The only one or two-star review we hold for IMPACT Roofing Co.

I did not have a good experience with Ian. He was very unprofessional in my interactions. I reached out to replace my roof on a Monday. He said he "didn't have any time until Friday." Then when I spoke to the urgency, he magically had time "the following day." He was also the slowest of any roofing company to get back to me by a lot. There was a lot that seemed off about him and I don't think he represents a professional organization.

Ian and Matrix Roofing first came out within 24hours to examine the roof issue and offer options. The issue with the old roof were addressed the same week. The team was professional and fast. Provided pictures of the progress while I was away and followed up during the day with updates. I would definitely use Matrix Roofing again

Ian and his team were prompt, professional, and extremely efficient with our gutter project. They arrived on time and finished within a couple of hours on replacing the gutters on our townhome. After their cleanup, my property was cleaner than it was when they arrived on site. Highly recommended for any roofing project you have.

From quote to completion, Impact Roofing has been beyond 5 stars in our book. Our project consisted of replacing our roof, fascia, soffit, gutters, down spouts, etc. Ian Mitchell, and his stellar team made our house look brand new again. They worked quickly, and meticulously. My fiancé and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Our house looks beautiful. We will definitely have his team back to do other upgrades to our property in the very near future. So if you are looking for the best roofing contractor around then contact Ian Mitchell, owner of Impact Roofing. You will absolutely love the end result, just like we do.
