  I feel badly leaving a one star review considering ihome didn’t actually do any work for us and we didn’t pay them anything, but I’m doing it anyway. They totally mislead us. We had a tree fall on our house from a storm and called several people to come out to look at some roof and gutter damage and work with our insurance company to get everything fixed. We were refereed to Ihome and they handled the meeting with the insurance adjuster and then just never contacted us again. Several texts were sent and never responded to over about a month. Finally we called and were told that they weren’t doing the job because our deductible was too high… I don’t understand why they bothered to come out twice and talk to our insurance to handle the adjustment if they weren’t going to do the job. Now I’m worried the next contractor is going to charge much more than we’ll be getting from the insurance company. What a mess. Thanks for not helping Ihome. Next time please just be straight up and tell people if you won’t do a job.

  I am extremely satisfied. At first, I wondered if a roof replacement would make much of a difference, but house feels completely renewed. From start to finish, I didn’t need to do a single thing as the homeowner. Ken, in particular, is a highly skilled Public Adjuster who helped get my claim approved and ensured that every damaged area was successfully repaired. Sam, the field manager, always thought from the homeowner’s perspective and caught details I had missed, helping me prepare for the future. If you are concerned about a roof replacement, I strongly recommend iHome.

  Sam and Ken are knowledgeable about roofing and did a thorough inspection of the roof, picture before and after the new roof installation. The roofers they work with are very possessional, they cleaned up very well after the construction.

  From start to finish an easy process. iHome helped with the insurance claim. Made sure the work was done on time. Was there to supervise. I went out during lunch time and the iHome supervisor was actually up on the roof pointing out things to the roofers. Amazing. A+
