Communication with this company is the WORST. They’re fine until they take your deposit and then you are in charge of every follow up! Which is exactly what happened to me the last 8 months for a large window replacement project. Tom is unresponsive, unreliable and unless you like being a project manager with all the time in the world, I would not recommend this company at all. Everything they say they are on their website is 100% false advertising. I have even left two voicemails for the owner, Robert, and have never heard back. This project has been ongoing for the last 8 months and one of the windows that were installed did NOT pass inspection. They ordered the wrong glass for a bathroom window. What type of window speciality company does that? I’m tired of being ghosted and mislead so I handed off the communication efforts to my husband, he is now experiencing the same I did. this project has been incredibly stressful and I wish I never entered into an agreement with this company. I NEED this window replaced which is what the company agreed to do. I need an update from Robert so I can stop being ghosted by tom. See attached screenshots of the recent lack of communication from this company.

    Reply from the business

Hi Valerie, this is Robert, owner of Revived Exteriors. I’m sorry for the experience you’ve had, and after reviewing the project, I agree that our communication and follow-through were not acceptable. The inspection issue should have been escalated and resolved when we were first notified, and the corrected tempered glass/window should have been handled without you having to repeatedly follow up. That did not happen, and I take responsibility for that. I am personally taking this over to make sure the correct tempered glass/window issue is resolved, the city inspection is addressed, and you and your husband receive clear updates moving forward. I also apologize for the voicemails and communication attempts you made that were not properly returned. Regardless of where the breakdown happened internally, that is not the level of service we expect from our company. I have reached out directly and will continue working to get this corrected. I’m sorry for the stress and frustration this project has caused, and we will work to make it right.

In June of 2024, I contracted with Revived Exteriors to replace three skylights on my home along with some gutter work. While the initial consultation left me feeling secure, multiple issues arose after that day: delivery of materials to my doorstep with no warning, a crew that arrived on install day and asked my fiance what they were there for, and no inside tarping (which I had asked about during the consultation and was told would happen) so that when the old skylights were removed debris and water fell into my home and onto my possessions. I shared all of this with Revived Exteriors and they said, "Sorry," nothing else. I didn't leave a review at that time as I was concerned if in the next 5 years (my warranty length) something was to happen Revived Exteriors might be difficult to work with. Fast forward to July 30th, 2025 after a very rainy morning and early afternoon, I came home from work in the late afternoon to find water was leaking from the corner of my back upper skylight into my guest bedroom. I called Revived Exterior immediately and they said they would send someone out shortly. Shortly turned into a few hours later when an ill-prepared employee arrived. The employee's first look at the problem led him to tell my fiance and myself that there was a leaking water pipe and to call a plumber. We informed him there were no water pipes above a back bedroom and to look again. We then provided him with an N95 mask and gloves as he had arrived with neither and was struggling after his first ascent into the attic/crawl space. His second time up there he came back down to tell us he believed it to be excrement from a critter. I shared with him that what had dripped into the bedroom was water but I believe my input was ignored. Later that same evening when the rain picked up again, my fiance and I heard water dripping onto the same spot (as the Revived Exterior employee had moved away the insulation) and we could also feel the vibration of the dripping

Company took more than 4 months after the contract was signed. Removed a good portion of our shingles before relizing that the roofing supplies wouldn’t be delivered for 3 days, then left with just a blue tarp protecting the exposed sheeting in the exterior for 3 days in the rain Discovered a “discrepancy” with the agreed and signed upon gutter guards. They moved and used our furniture to prop up boards to catch shingle tiles they were throwing down. Overall a very disappointing provider for a premium cost. Added bait and switch and predatory practices to this review! Never deal with them nor believe a word of what their sales person Cody says.

Dear Jacob, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns you’ve raised in your review. Firstly, we understand the frustration caused by the delays. We were requested to commence work in the spring for better weather conditions. Unfortunately, unforeseen county permit complications, including the requirement of a notarized bank trust disclosure form, further delayed our start. We strive to communicate actively during such situations, and we apologize if this caused any inconvenience. Regarding the roofing process, the tarp was diligently placed to protect your home from any weather-related events, and it served its purpose effectively. We made every effort to safeguard your property, covering additional areas with plywood sheathing. We understand the importance of keeping the site clean and minimizing mess, and we regret any shortcomings in this area. Concerning the gutter guards, the discrepancy arose due to the initial scope of work covered by insurance differing from the actual requirements. We are currently coordinating with your insurance company to resolve this and proceed with the installation of the appropriate gutter guards. Regarding the movement of furniture, our signed agreement requires homeowners to ensure all furniture is moved at least 10 feet away from the work area, as agreed upon at the time of contract signing and reminded before the commencement of the project. Our photos from Tuesday confirm that the furniture was appropriately positioned away from the house by our crew and supported with photo's taken on site. However, we noticed that one couch was moved back towards the house in our photo report 3 days later, an action our crew would not undertake. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and are looking into how this occurred. We are committed to continuous improvement and ensuring our clients’ sat

Juan, I'm sorry you feel you should earn money in a claim that isn't rightfully yours. We billed your insurance on a claim as I told you on site and they confirmed they paid your for our services. You collected the money and then told management no one ever showed up. We sent you a photo report that was geo-tagged to your roof location. You then stated that someone was there and they only took pictures. We sent you a video with a breakdown on what's wrong with the incorrectly installed roof that was around 3 min long. It was also recorded on the date we were at your home and also geo-tagged. It also showed the repairs being completed. This took roughly an hour and was an after hours emergency repair that you stated stopped the leak. You were also made aware that the roof is installed incorrectly, the repair was an attempt to stop any more water from coming in, and if it didn't work, you need to replace your roof. A tornado ripped through your neighborhood about a week later uprooting trees throughout your entire neighborhood (have pics of this too) it tore shingles off on the opposite side of your roof. It's not right or ethical to collect money that is for services rendered to your property. Some might say it's unjust enrichment. https://photos.app.goo.gl/WHMCBhrgDd8hVuUA8

We had a great experience with Rob at Revived Exteriors. We called him to help us find where our water damage was coming from. He assessed inside, outside, siding, gutters and our roof. He was able to communicate to my husband possible solutions to the water leak and even fix a roof shingle while he was here. I asked him for a quote and he communicated these were things my husband could fix and that he would love to give us his business but thought he wasn't needed. If we need his service in the future we will call Revived Exteriors!

Revived exterior and Bob Earl were great to work with from initial inspection to working with our insurance company. They even went out of there way to when we changed our mind with our original color choice. First rate service. Would not consider using anyone else. Thanks Bob Earl for you help. An update on there service . Rob the own came out 7 years after the original installation because we had a small leak. Rob found that we had something hit the roof and cracked on a hole that caused the leak. He fixed it that day!! Again very impressive customer service! Frank
