I was told I would be called within a week and never called me back. So I called back to see if they were still interested and they said they would be out the next week to look at it and never showed up. At least tell me you don't want the job.

5-Star Review We are extremely happy with the results of our roofing project with Smart Roofing! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. What really stood out was how clean and organized the crew kept everything. They worked efficiently while being incredibly respectful of our property — the ground was spotless every single day. Our neighbors even commented multiple times on how neat and tidy the job site remained throughout the project. The final result looks fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Smart Roofing to anyone in the Northwest Suburbs looking for a reliable, quality-focused roofing company.

I was very happy with my new roof installed by Smart Roofing. They were very knowledgeable, neat, and hard working. They kept me informed as the project went along. I was very nervous about how it would look, and was extremely happy with the result.

There are hundreds of companies that can replace your roof, for me it was about trust. Their price was competitive, their work great, and the communication throughout the process perfect. I strongly recommend them A++++

I highly recommend SMART Roofing. I went back to them after over 25 years to get a second roof on the same house, and the work was outstanding once again.
