  M&M was out to our house and spent an hour here preliminary to writing an estimate. We were assured that the estimate would be coming in the next few days. That was weeks ago. After several phone calls they still acted as though they never heard of us. Lousy service with a ridiculously complex organization. Don't waste your time.

  Scheduled an in initial appointment for March 16th (wind damage) in the morning but, that morning they asked to reschedule due to the snow which is obviously understandable and the appointment was moved to the following Tuesday (March 24th). Well guess what... they did not show up. I contacted them that afternoon and was transferred to a Michael O. and was told i would get a call back in about 10 mins. Well here we are 48 hours later and still no call back or nothing. This is FAR from "professional" which they claim to be. Find a company that actually keeps its appointments because if they can't even do that than i would hate to think what else are they going to fail at.

  Poor workmanship and even worse communications. From the start of the project to currently, there has been numerous problems. My house still has multiple issues from no proper drip channel at the top of the siding to reveals mismatched and unleveled lines with the channels and siding. I did my homework and had review several companies before choosing this one. They were also the more expensive one to go with. They can't schedule for the life of them. I would get notification that they would be showing up the next day to start when it wasn't even scheduled for that. Or they would show up at 1:00pm with an 8am start. I have a laundry list of items that need to be fixed and reached out to the to there CEO and the person in charge of the daily operations. I had a meeting setup on April 2nd with them. They never showed. No phone call or nothing. I had also financed this project. There terms were no bill until the job was 100% complete. Once they thought they were done, they pushed and pushed for me to sign it complete when I had still had multiple issues with the house. They even threaten that my time was going to run out and it it would turn into a cash job which after talking to the finance company, I found out was a blatant lie. After I got them to fix a few of the problems, I signed the documents and they got their money. Now they just disregard me. I would highly recommend not using this company!!!

  Individual came by accessed my roof with a drone. Told me he would send me an estimate. Estimate was never sent waste of time.

  Hi Marcus, we’ve taken a look at your customer file and wanted to provide some clarity. Our team first met with you on August 11th regarding doors, and you received that quote the same day. You later reached back out on August 25th to have us evaluate your roof, which we inspected on August 26th. At your request, our representative ordered a geo-measurement for a full roof replacement estimate. Since the timing fell right before the Labor Day weekend and our rep was scheduled to be out of the office, he explained the estimate would be delivered once he returned. As promised, your roof quote was sent on September 2nd. We’re sorry if the timing caused any frustration, but please know we did follow through as committed. If you’d like to review your roof or door estimates further, we’d be happy to go over everything with you directly. Please don’t hesitate to reach us at 708-756-7800.

  Communication was very delayed or sometimes non-existent on multiple occasions (via phone and email). Actual work was ok but if they had taken the time to evaluate the aesthetics of the final product, they would have seen the possibility to make an “ok” job a lot better.

  Contracted M&M to do some work on a leaky kitchen window and a roof/fascia area. Tony came out inspected the areas (roof with drone) to give me very accurate scope of the work to be done and cost. Window area had 3 and the roof/fascia had 5 items that were to be addressed. Pricing was agreed upon and work began on June 16th. Workers arrived at 8:30 AM and worked on the items for 3 ½ hours. They were courteous, clean and did a fantastic job. Quality and workmanship were outstanding. They also took the time to explain what they were doing. I would use M&M again if the need came up. Awaiting the first big storm to test the results, but am not worried due to the warranty included. Five stars.

  Had new gutters and covers installed. They use something called the raindrop cover. The installers were wonderful. We are very happy with the system. Had two rain storms since and no water falling overtop of gutters!!

  I had my siding replaced. M&M responded to my online message right away, came out to meet with me, and had visuals of the how the house would look after the siding replacement. They also followed up with any questions I had and were very organized and efficient. The work was completed in only 1 day! My house looks amazing and I have received so many compliments from my neighbors. I would highly recommend using them!
