ACME is committed to transparency and apologize for any inconvenience and or deceptiveness you may have felt from anyone on our team. Due to the age of the roof we matched the shingles as close as possible. We are glad we were able to fix the leak and we take all feedback seriously and appreciate your willingness to allow us the opportunity to improve.

I have been calling them for three weeks and they tell me i'm on the list to be seen (for my leak), but there are lots of leaky roofs they're attending too. They always tell me they are 3-4 days out, but they'll call me to schedule an appointment and they never call. What started as a small leak is now a large leak thanks to them. I would have given zero stars, but they are friendly on the phone so they get one star.

Hello Brittney, we apologize the timing was off. We recommend always contacting the contractor that installed the roof if possible, as roofs often have warranties to support the consumer.

Acme came out and repaired some storm damage, as well as more caused by a third party. Not only did they expertly repair the roof so that it looks new, they also dealt with my insurance company (who hired the aforementioned third party) with professionalism and class. I can’t recommend them enough. Everyone there is amazing, from the crews to the office to the owner. They install materials they know well and believe in, and they stand by their work. I highly recommend them!

They were very honest upfront about what we needed and what we didn’t need after a very thorough inspection. They were fast, friendly, and our roof and gutters look amazing. We got 3 quotes and Acme Roofing’s transferable warranty, customer service, and pricing made them an easy choice. We highly recommend!!!

After getting several estimates to replace our roof, we quickly realized many of the larger companies with heavy advertising budgets were charging anywhere from $38,000 to $62,000. ACME Roofing's price was significantly more reasonable, but what really set them apart was the level of service they provided. From the beginning, Gary and Dave took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel pressured to sign a contract on the spot. They were honest, knowledgeable, and communicated with us throughout the entire project, so we always knew what to expect. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were professional, hardworking, and took great care to protect our landscaping and respect our neighbors' property while completing the work. It's clear they take pride not only in the quality of their craftsmanship but also in how they treat their customers. If you're looking for a roofing company that offers fair pricing, outstanding communication, and quality workmanship, I highly recommend ACME Roofing. Our experience exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The short version of this Post is that we enthusiastically recommend without reserve Acme Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof. In 2024 we thought we might need to get the roof on our house replaced. We had five or six roofing companies come out and give us a bid. Several of them told us, including Acme Roofing, that we still had a couple more years left on it. After all the presentations we discussed all the information and recommendation the Roofers gave us. We decided that Acme Roofing had the best RIO and we were very comfortable with their salesman. We also decided that we could wait another year and started a “roof fund”. A year later we decided maybe it was the time to replace it and fearing prices were getting higher we had roofers, including Acme Roofing come out and bid. We checked the various on-line places Review are posts to vet the companies. We studied the materials, cost and price on the bids and again, Acme Roofing was at the top of our list. Like before, most of the roofers said it could stand another year. We decided to wait another year so we kept saving up in our “roofing fund”. A couple months ago we decided it was time to get the new roof. We knew prices when up in 2026 so we again searched and vetted roofers looking at recommended in various websites, checked Reviews in various places. Once again Acme Roofing’s bid was the best. Yes, the price was higher than in 2024, but it was not the large price increases we saw with other roofers. Acme Roofing won with their bid. This time we scheduled. Our new roof has made a world of difference in the way our house looks. They did the job IN TWO DAYS!! They did a very professional job that looks incredible. Their team members were polite, kept things neat, did an outstanding job of removing the old roof and installing the new one. We are happy to say no plants were harmed during their work!! With the cost of materials and labor going up over the last few years we were more than satisfied with th

ACME Roofing was our first quote and after shopping around we went with them. They got us the roof we wanted at a price we could afford. When there was some minor damage to siding, they came out to fix it at no charge. Gary who gave us our quote didn't waste our time with a long sales pitch and fearmongering to sell expensive warranties and Dave made sure our roof got installed with no stops or issues.

Called on Monday had Benjie out on Thursday to install some bathroom vents in the roof as they were never installed and vented correctly. He assessed the roof and recommended a better course of action that actually saved us a fair bit of money. So we elected to not have the work done via acme as this is something I can do. He gave us a heads up about some issues with the roof that I can also address on my own as well to keep the air flowing as it should. I'd recommend Benjie from acme roofing if you need a solid roofer that'll shoot you straight and has reasonable prices. Hope this helps someone out there.

The entire Acme team were friendly, professional and on time. They kept me informed and involved during the project which wrapped up in less than a day and a half, even my neighbors were impressed with the short project duration and final results. I highly recommend Acme Roofing!
