IBC Roofing Richmond

The only one or two-star review we hold for IBC Roofing Richmond.

Stay away. They knocked on my door and did a free roof inspection for hail. My insurance adjuster said it wasn't hail and confirmed with an engineer that also came out. It was confirmed that the roofing representative caused damage that looked like hail and now I have a 20k fraud claim on my insurance. This company is a scam

My dad had IBC replace his roof a couple of years back. He can be difficult to satisfy, but was extremely satisfied with his roof and the professionalism and attention to detail IBC provided. He'd be another 5 star review if he left reviews. I'll second that, and would give 6 stars if there were such a thing. IBC began by spending time and effort working with our insurance company after finding hail damage on our roof. Including multiple trips to meet the claim adjuster (claim adjuster was a no show the first time). Ultimately IBC ended up replacing our roof and we were very well informed of the process and materials being used, from start to finish. We had good solid quality choices for shingle manufacturers, and addresses were provided of local homes with the same roof making it easier to visualize the end result. The attention to detail and parts used (ridge vents, flashings, ice and water protection, etc) all look great installed and are high quality. Jed made several trips out to the house before, during, and after the install to make sure the plan was correct, the install was on the right path, and the property was all clean even a day after the team left. I'm big on communication and IBC is excellent in that regard as well. We always felt comfortable and informed. Top recommendation from us, we couldn't be more pleased.

Many thanks to IBC. I am so pleased with my new roof and all the people who did the job. There are lots of good people to thank, but from beginning to end it's clear IBC Richmond is a company of competent professionals and tradesmen who do their jobs very well. The project manager, Isaac, coordinated everything needed for insurance approval, and a helpful place on the construction schedule. Then the construction crew invested two full days of skilled work in my home. They were considerate of landscaping, and when the roof was done, site cleanup was above and beyond, right up to replacing deck furniture and umbrellas. Recommended without hesitation.
