  Gave me an appointment time and date, so I stayed home then nobody showed up, not even a cancelling message

  I recieved the worst customer service ever by this company! I called them for an easy roof fix job to prevent a leak and a person came. He did some initial work for an expensive price tag then left promising to come the next day after he got his full pay. The next day, I tried calling him because he didn't show up at the agreed time, but he didn't answer me. After many times trying to call him with no success, he finally answered me near the end of day and started yelling at me that he was busy all day. Till the moment I'm writing this review this person hasn't come back to me to finish the job and probably will never will beacuse he got paid in full! Avoid this company at all costs! If you're the person with the worst luck in the world and somehow dealt with them, don't give them any money until they finish the job fully!

  If there is a zero star I would give it him. he is not doing his job and he promised me to come back to complete his job and he never come back after he got the money. He texted me that saying "I will be there in one hour" and it never happen Please don't contact that guy for any job

  It’s disappointing to see not just one, but multiple negative reviews from accounts associated with you. To be clear, we completed the job you hired us for. We removed the ice dams from your roof and fixed the leak in the drip tray—nothing more, nothing less. As for the step flashing, we informed you that it couldn’t be done immediately due to weather conditions, but instead of allowing us time, you repeatedly called, made demands, and resorted to yelling and threats. Our team works hard six days a week to provide honest, quality service. However, we do not tolerate disrespect or unfair reviews meant to damage our reputation. Given your behavior, we will not be returning for any further work. Best of luck,

  I called Rajinder to fix a leak and get my roof done. After an initial meet up and fix, he stopped answering my calls and text. Finally, I had to go with someone else. Cost me lots of money and time. Extremely frustrating. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Edit: Disappointing to see that Rajinder has responded with absolute lies instead of a simple apology. Probably I would’ve even removed my review. In fact, he is the one who sent someone with a drone to take pictures of my roof and urged me to go to insurance stating that I had wind and hail damage. Isn’t that why you charged me $350 to put a patch on my roof where it was leaking? So why do that when there was “no damage”? Also, why was I asked to send an e-transfer to a personal account and never received a receipt?? Anyway, my work is done and that’s the end of it. I wish you luck with your enterprise and hope others have a better experience than what I have had.

  Hey zahin, you needed a free roof from insurance, and Upon inspection ,we clearly explained you dont have any damage to the roof . But still you wanted to get it done thru insurance. Cheers to you on your new roof

  Humble roofing will exceed your expectations. Even after completing the job, Rajinder consistently checked in to make sure there are no issues. Earlier, my flat roof that gave all sort of troubles - it won't stop leaking, another roofer who didn't do a professional work. But Rajinder took care of it all. Highly recommend!

  Had a fascia on my roof come loose from the wind and called Humble . They came out after hours and fixed it within an hour. Solid company, would not hesitate to use them again.

  Awesome experience with Humble Roofing over the years. Rajinder has always responded quickly to our requests at short notice. Our first experience with him was when he fixed an intermittent leak which the new home builder could not figure out and fix, in a brand new home. We again recently used his service with ice buildup causing a leak in our garage area, for which he came up with a long term fix. He is very professional, reliable and diligent in his work, takes the time to explain the issue at hand, with pics and videos of the problem and then details out options available to resolve the issue. His charges have always been very reasonable and comes with backing of good quality work, being ever ready to go the extra mile and excellent customer relations. Highly recommend using his services based on our experience.

  Hi Raju, I wanted to give you my review. Sorry for taking so long. This guy is very honest and knowledgeable. I had a leak on my garage roof and when I checked with some others, they gave option to change the whole roof which was unnecessary at that time. Thanks Raju for fixing the damage at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend Raju for your roofing needs

  I would give 5 star rating to the services and satisfaction they give me they are just a call away very quick responsive and brilliant work no hidden charges whatever I ask him he did it in a reasonable amount.   Working with Rajinder was such a pleasure. Very professional and very fast to start the work. Very clean work. Definitely 100% recommend hiring this company. I got a new roof done on my addition and cant be more happy he even matched the colour of the shingles.
