had a leak showing up in our upstairs ceiling and HomeTop came out fast to figure out where it was coming from. turned out to be some damaged shingles near a valley on the roof. they fixed it same visit and showed me photos of what they did which i liked. no upsell no pressure just handled the problem. pricing was reasonable for the repair and the leak hasnt come back since. decent folks to deal with when you need something done right.

Pulled together a few quotes after a storm took some shingles off the back slope. These guys were the only ones that actually got on the roof before quoting. Pricing was middle of the pack but I liked how they explained things. Job took two days, site was tidy when they left and the new roof looks great.

had a slow leak above the dining room ceiling for weeks before calling. found a few options around Arlington Heights and these guys came out fastest. turns out the flashing around the chimney was shot. they replaced it and patched the underlayment. no more stain spreading

We had a persistent near the chimney that kept coming back no matter what patches we tried. HomeTop came out, looked at it, and said the flashing was failing and needed to be replaced along with a section of shingles. They got it done in one day and we haven’t had a drip since.

so the whole roof on our two story colonial was original from 1998 and it looked rough. like missing shingles after every big storm rough. we knew it needed a full replacement but kept putting it off cause money. HomeTop gave us a quote that was actually reasonable compared to the four other companies we talked to. they did the entire tear off and put on new architectural shingles in two days which i thought would take way longer. the color we picked ended up matching the siding better than i expected, this dark charcoal gray that makes the white trim pop. one thing i noticed was how clean the flashing looked around the chimney and the two skylights, that was always where we had small leaks before during heavy rain. its been through a couple storms since then including that nasty one in april with the hail and not a single issue. my insurance company was happy with the documentation they provided too which made that whole process less annoying. thinking about having them come back for gutters next spring

started looking around for someone to handle our roof back in march after noticing some shingles coming loose. got a quote pretty quick and they were upfront about timeline. crew showed up on the day they said and knocked it out in two days. the whole thing just went smooth from start to finish, no complaints

Small leak above the kitchen vent turned into a stain on the ceiling. HomeTop Roofing Contractors repaired the roof around the vent and sealed everything properly. They showed me the cracked boot that caused it which I would never have …
