Their sales guy Jesus wont take no for an answer. First if all I had to just about slam the door in his face to stop his unwanted and very long sales pitch. I had to block his phone and the next day he showed up at my house without an appointment. I didnt answer the door. No really means NO.

Linda, you have reviewed the wrong business. You appear to be in California and we're in Colorado. We don't have a sales guy named Jesus. We don't have anyone in our company named Jesus. We have a database of every client and prospective client and you don't appear in our database as having contacted us. Please be respectful and remove your review for our business. We have reported your incorrect review to Google.

They came out and gave us an estimate. We did not need much done thankfully. We decided to get the repairs done. I was given the wrong date for them coming out which was not a big deal. They were here about 15 minutes total. I just wanted to make sure everything had been completed so called to check. Did not hear back so called again. Still no response, called again and did pay the invoice amount, but still no confirmation. Guess I will send my hubby up on the roof to check. They had been recommended and understand they are very busy but frustratrated they would not get back to me. Probably will not use again.

Jodi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I apologize for taking so long to acknowledge it. I'm not very tech-savvy and just figured out how to leave a reply. I take responsibility for dropping the ball on servicing your roof repair needs. We were caught completely off-guard by the huge storm events and I did not do a good job of following up to make sure your needs were taken care of. I really apologize for that.

Kramer and his team did an excellent job. They finished in 1 day, and cleaned up, with several walk throughs to ensure all nails were picked up. Couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I’ve worked with Tracy at Homestead Roofing for over a decade, and he has consistently been one of the most honest and reliable roofing professionals I recommend to my clients. As a realtor, I frequently need roof inspections during transactions, and Tracy always does an outstanding job. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and never tries to sell work that isn’t needed. If a roof only needs a small repair instead of a full replacement, he will say so and take care of the repair rather than pushing for a bigger job. He also goes above and beyond with his inspections. For hard-to-access roofs, he’ll use a drone to get clear images, and he often creates a video explaining the inspection, walking through the photos and all the roof components so everyone understands exactly what’s going on. Tracy has even driven up to Woodland Park for my clients when needed, which shows the level of service he provides. My clients always appreciate his honesty, clear communication, and professionalism. If you want someone who will give you a truly honest evaluation and quality work when it’s actually needed, Tracy is the person to call. 👍

By far, this is the best roofing company in Colorado! I had a strange problem with a missing vent stack on my roof. I contacted at least five roofing companies, and none of them could figure out how to fix it. Tracy and his assistant, John, came out, inspected the roof and attic, and quickly identified both the problem and the solution. Despite winter storms causing delays, Tracy and his team went above and beyond. They even came out during the storm to temporarily cover the hole and returned afterward to complete the repair. If you’re looking for an honest, diligent, and professional roofing company that provides top-notch service at an unbeatable price, look no further! Tracy and his team are the ones to call. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him when it’s time to replace my roof!
