  Comes through neighborhoods 10 deep after a storm trying to sell everyone a new roof. They even tried to open my locked gate with a padlock on it. I thought he was going to climb over my fence to knock on my door. And if a gate is locked do not leave your flyer attached to any part of my property. A locked gate is the same as a "no soliciting" sign. So educate your salesmen before you get charged with littering.

  Quote was not competitive, only quoted TAMKO shingles which are one of the worst brands on the market currently (you don't need to be a roofer to know this, just search.) After I did the quote, they would not stop contacting me via phone or email. There's no unsubscribe link on the emails which is a violation of FTC law. Local doesn't always mean better, unfortunately

On two separate occasions we performed free, preventative maintenance as a courtesy, hoping to assist you with your roofing concerns. During these visits, we explained that a permanent fix would require more extensive repairs, including re-flashing and mortaring your entire chimney. We understand that the cost of these repairs may have been frustrating and unexpected and when our office staff tried to assist further, your interactions became hostile, with inappropriate behavior toward our team members. In light of this, we decided it was best to conclude our business relationship with you as it is very important that we maintain respectful and positive interactions with all customers. We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations but we remain committed to delivering excellent service to homeowners in Colorado Springs.   They will not stop blowing up my mail box. If I needed roofing help, I would reach out, but 18 people knocking at my door a day and sending multiple card to my mailbox a day is not the way.

  Received great service at my first call. Was told would get a call in 24-48 hours and I didn’t get a call till today Wednesday the 28th and I made my call on Friday the 23rd. I then finally get my call and they can’t get to me till the week of the 10th and I have a leak in my roof, so because I am not a high dollar hail estimate my leak doesn’t matter. You would think the leak would take priority but NO it does not. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time.

  After speaking with Dave himself on several occasions ant three missed repair dates set be Dave (spanning 2 months) I have decided to go with a better company. Moral of this story, if you are given an expectation of a repair date by Dave himself, don't believe it.

  After trying to sell me Jesus on the first day the experience only got worse from there. Multiple lies about inspection date and time turned the job into twice the timeframe quoted. 3 flat tires from nails in left in the driveway. The entire group just talks in circles. Go with any other company and you are guaranteed a better experience. The only good was the quality of product and the transfer warranty. You can get that anywhere.

  Ed helped us get our house back into shape! Despite some insurance mishaps due to our own past issues he was patient and never missed a beat trying to help us get the best price! We ended up with a new roof, new house paint and trim, and some new woodwork on our home all arranged by him. We love the results and the price was fair. Would definitely recommend Petrali for all roofing and outdoor contracting needs!

  First time experiencing a roof replacement, they were communicative, diligent and thorough. They cleaned during and after the work, and came back with a deep clean team a few days later. David was focused and caring, watching out for elder father and young son as he maintained an orderly worksite.

  Wow is all i can say. This company is amazing! They showed up on time as scheduled. My roof and gutters look amazing. They did great cleaning up, AND then sent Lynn over a couple days later to check the property again for any missed nails. They also came back out to do a check on the roof to make sure it was done to their standards and mine! They even brought over a gift basket for the day of installation, which included gift cards for entertainment and food. I've NEVER had such amazing service before. Jacob was amazing to work with . The entire crew was great. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new roof and gutters. I can not believe how excited I was over gutters, but here we are! They were fitted perfectly to flow with the house. As a new home owner, I have alot of peace knowing my investment is so well protected. I have heard horror stories from family and friends who did not receive great service from other roofing companies, im so greatful that im able to reccomend Petrali without hesitation!!!   Josiah, came out to our house after a big hail storm yesterday caused a leak... I was so refreshed that he wasn't the storm-chaser-roofer! He gave me honest, candid explanations, that was MUCH less of project than I was anticipating and dreading. Although, we probably won't be hiring Petrali due to the fact that I have a construction background, and I can make the repairs. I would, without question, call them when we have a bigger roofing project / repair, just based on his professionalism, and honesty. Based on this experience, and based on other's great reviews of their work, I would recommend Petrali to anyone in need of roofing or repairs.

  Outstanding experience from start to finish! This is not my first roof company, I’ve had my roof replaced 3 times over the last 24 years. This team was professional, thorough, and communicated with me every step of the way. if I called, they returned my call very quickly. Gregg Waggoner continually checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, was on site before, during, and after the replacement, He answered all of my questions, and has been extremely helpful with the insurance process. I was especially impressed when they came back multiple times after the job was completed to make sure every nail and piece of debris was picked up. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. I highly recommend them!

  I highly recommend Petrali Roofing. They were professional, competent, and considerate, from the first visit for an estimate, to getting the roof replaced, and later working with the insurance company for the supplement that covered a couple small things the insurance company representative missed.
