  I never leave bad reviews for businesses because I know the negative impact they can cause however I have been left with no choice. In October of 2023 I was quoted $10,178 to replace a roof after hail damage. I paid 50% ($5089). My roof was completed in January of 2024. My project manager, Michael, called to apologize for not being present at all during the installation. I didn't think this was an issue at the time. I did not receive an invoice until April of 2024 as they had filed supplements with the insurance company. To my surprise, this invoice was higher than the initially quoted contract value. Despite my previous payment of $5089, the invoice for the remaining balance due was $10,675. I understand that filing supplements is apart of the insurance claim process, but never was I consulted to approve these additional charges. I paid them the rest of the original contract balance ($10,178). They demanded the remaining amount, to which I asked for documentation of additional work completed. They never were able to provide said documentation. At this point, I decided to do a little digging and see what I was being charged for. You would never guess, but Rampart charged my insurance and myself for items that they did not complete. These items included: Step Flashing along sidewall, counterflashing around chimney, and an $888 line item for replacing a corrugated metal roof on my patio cover, among other things. How was I certain that Rampart did not complete this patio cover line item? - because I completed it myself! What a wild move for a contractor to charge you for items beyond your project's scope that you completed yourself! After countless emails arguing this point, they removed these items from the invoice. However the issue remains that there were flashing components as apart of the roof assembly that I was told as apart of the estimate and sales process were to be replaced.   We always appreciate feedback from our customers in order to better improve our processes. As stated, multiple communications were made and any corrections communicated by the customer that were as a result of the company's work were completed. Credit Systems Inc is a reliable company that would not allow pursuit of a remaining balance due unless they felt it was supported in a contract. They are the last resort when a customer chooses not to make payments, and we regret the necessity of using their services to finalize this project. Thank you.

  Very disappointing customers service! Request an estimate and Chris came by on the 24th of Feb! He told me, he would have it calculated within 48 hours! I didn't hear anything, so I contacted the office, 4 days later, on the 28. Feb! She told me Chris would contact me shortly! Now it's been 10 days later and still NOTHING from them! I got an estimate from a different company a few days ago and now I already have a new roof! Now that's customer service!! FOLLOW UP: Seeing their response, shows me even more, that this company should not be trusted! They did not contact me after the initial inspection and now are making stuff up! At no point was l informed that he needed access, nor that my roof was 'soft'! My new roofer had no problem giving me an estimate and neither did the 2 other roofing companies l got estimates from! Not one stated l had a 'soft' roof! My roofer also installed my new roof, without any decking issues! So be careful if this company tells you your roof is 'soft'! Get a second opinion!

  Thank you for your feedback. Our representative needed into the house to look at the decking because the roof was soft. He wasn't allowed access and didn't feel comfortable bidding the project without that. It sounds like you were able to find a solution, we hope your roof is solid for many years to come.

  Your guy driving the black pickup with the cap on it today was too busy looking down at his phone while driving to yield to me and my dog crossing the street. Luckily I was paying attention or he would have hit us. Real safe guys!!

  Rampart Roofing is a professional, detailed business. Sebastian did an amazing job explaining the issues and the repair work that needed to be done to our roof. Also, he supplied me with photos which was very helpful. In addition, Sebastian is a kind and respectful individual. His knowledge of the roofing industry is very thorough. The crew did a great job and everything was cleaned well afterwards. I will use Rampart Roofing for any future needs that may arise with our roof and I will recommend them to everyone in the community. I am so happy to have found a professional business that cares about the quality of service that is delivered to a customer.

  I chose to receive an estimate from Rampart Roofing based on the wonderful Google reviews. I contacted them through their website to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Amanda was quick to respond via email to let me know an estimator would be in contact with me shortly. TWO DAYS later I had not heard from anyone. I reached out to Amanda and we scheduled a time for the estimator to come the following week (today). 45 minutes before the estimator was to arrive I received a phone call from the office cancelling our appointment because their estimator was ill. No offers to reschedule or send someone else. Just a "sorry about that, I just don't think we will be able to get to you." WOW, I'm terribly disappointed in the level of customer service here. I will not recommend them or reach out to them again.

  First of all anyone that reads this and wants to see the recite please just message me on google. I will post all over the bases so all military members in the area know about your customer service and deceitfulness! It was an individual by the name of Steve that came over and did my appraisal, told me the price and we agreed for Rampart to do my roof. I don't hear anything back from them until I give them a call. I talked to Donny and they said they fired Steve. I ASKED about my roof he said everything was a go! It was Wednesday when the truck pulled up with my shingles and right before they drop them off Donny calls and says the contract that both parties signed was wrong? He has to talk with me in person to wait until he can stop by. He stopped by and talked with me with his wife and they seemed really nice, until he left! I was told by Steve and Donny that the roof would be done at that price and then after a day I give them another call, after all Donny said they would be in contact with ME... Donny Never called, so I have to call them every-time, its all about their impeccable customer service! this time I get on the phone with the owner. The owner said to wait another month and they will have everything figured out with my insurance company.. So I was told the job would be done 3 weeks ago and now I am waiting another month so they can claim another 700-1100 bucks. What I was told they are really doing is waiting until material cost go up or I call them and ask them to cancel the contract so they don't have to lose money on a contract there sales rep signed! They won't obligate their duties. Then this is the kicker!!! Because even the owner will not hold true to his word! After the owner says he will send supplements to my USAA insurance that day, I give my insurance a call a day later and USAA still have not gotten anything! The insurance lady was wonderful though, she personally called Rampart and talked with Amanda. Amanda told her she does not want to be

  Had a great experience with Rampart roofing. Nick was 1 of the employees who came out and did an estimate for the roof repair. Walked me thru on how to have my insurance company also help out. I was pretty clueless on what the insurance experience was like, but nick was there to help out. Definitely would recommend!!
