  Their door to door sales people break the law. Untrustworthy company. I would not recommend.

  Except for drug out, I guess their work is acceptable. Their billing and filing is so convoluted that it's impossible to decifer and keep up with. Costs keep going up, up, up to the point you don't what it cost or what you paid.

  I trusted this company as they appear to be smaller and local. However, my experience with them was the same as dealing with corporate America. Do not use this company. Do not trust their sales people. First, communication was poor throughout the entire process. The only communication they seemed to be on top of was when they enquired about being paid by the insurance company and if they would pay full price or not. Second, their prices are high. I was asked to fight my insurance company by Native Solar several times to ensure THEY got paid the most amount of money. I thought this was weird as I have NEVER been asked to fight on behalf of a contractor before. I constantly had to play middleman between Native Solar and the insurance company. Maybe this is the norm with roofing companies but it was an experience I have never had to deal with before. Lastly, sales rep who I spoke with, assured me that they would fight my insurance company to get damaged paint, grills, and siding from hail covered as well. Turns out this was just a sales tactic to get me to sign. Once the final check came I had about $150 left over for damages that easily exceed $2,500. When I asked him about this I was told that "all insurance companies are being turds right now and being pretty difficult" and that I would need to contact the insurance company to get a new claim started. Basically, sorry about your luck but we got paid and figure it out yourself. On August 29, 2025, after complaining about the above, Native Solar and Roofing informed me that they would go back to the my insurance company to put in for the additional damages. However, they went silent as soon as they received their payment. It my understanding they never reached back out to my insurance company and I as of this review I have not heard a word from the sale rep. Native Solar and Roofing was paid over $30,000 and I'm stuck holding the bill on additional damages they assured me would be covered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAN

  The salesman came to my home and shows me the material they use, which is GAF. I was out of town when they replaced my roof shingles. They left extra materials ( nails, flashing ect) at my home.Contacted the 3 times for someone to come by and pick it up. No one called no one showed up. Come to find out they installed a cheaper shingle then the GAF i was offered at the beginning. The old bait and switch. My suggestion to all is beware of that smiling face when they show up at your door.

  Only took 4 months to get roof done. At this rate it will take years to actually finish the hail insurance claim.

  Still waiting on my roof to get done they do not communicate with you at all so prepare to give up alot of money just to keep calling to figure out what's going on. I honestly will not use this company again
