  I really wanted to give this company a good review but at the end of the day I just can't. It seems like often the right hand does not know what the left is doing. There was a lot of miscommunications during the whole process. I would be very careful when talking to their estimators coming out to your house to verify or record what is said verbally and compare it carefully to what's in their scope of work. We had many details that were promised to us and left out when it came time for the work to be done such as a section of gutter replacement. During a repair that they had to come back for because they hadn't done it the correctly the first time they left my wife's greenhouse unplugged so they can run their power tools and never plugged it back in killing all of her plants. When I addressed this to them they promised me to give her $100 gift card to home Depot to cover the dead plants which never happened. I checked on it numerous times and Matthew kept blowing me off and still is to this day. Going into the roof replacement I was worried about the condition of the decking and told them that ahead of time and they assured me that bad decking would be replaced as needed. After the job was done there was one section in particular that I could reach my hand up and feel underneath the flashing and see that the decking was completely rotted out and missing ,nothing had been done. They also left many roofing nails in my driveway that I unintentionally ran over with my motorcycle.

A Home Depot gift card has been issued to help replace them, and we regret the delay in getting that to you. We did perform a full roof replacement and replaced damaged decking as needed. You were correct that there was one area under the valley metal that was initially missed — once it was brought to our attention, we came back to repair it. We also fabricated custom kickout flashings to your specifications to improve the aesthetics in that area. Our crews use magnets and clean up thoroughly, but with roofing work there’s always a chance a few nails are missed. We apologize that some were left behind Thank you again for the feedback. While we wish your experience had been smoother, we appreciate the opportunity to learn and do better moving forward.

  I have given this company plenty of opportunities to do their job the right way I kept all the pictures just in case. The first 8 pictures are work they did and said was completed and I gave them an opportunity to fix it, without posting anything on how bad they did. They did come out and fix it eventually, it took them a whole month to do so. The picture of my garage if you look at it the gutter was hung way wrong and they had to call a professional to come out and fix it and he did an amazing job. The last 3 pictures are for warranty work this is also work they think is complete and they guy was rude to my wife. Honestly I don’t know how they have 5⭐️. They have terrible communication skills and they don’t have anyone check on a completed job, they just take the word of whoever they send out. Oh and all they do is sub-contract other people/ companies to do the job they do not have their own team of people accept sales men.

  Great experience with the company. Had a roof leak. Kai, came out the next day and did a thorough inspection. I got a fair price and had the work completed in under two weeks. Kai, specifically, was great to work with. He kept in constant communication and made sure to show me before, during and after photos. He came out and talked me through what they. Had done. He was great! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable roofer.

  Kai did an amazing job on my window trim, both inside and out. The attention to detail was outstanding---every line is clean and the finish looks perfect. He was professional, punctual, and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. It's rare to see that level of pride in craftsmanship these days, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Kai for any home improvement work!
