Homegrown Roofing and Construction

They are nice people I have to say. But are they good at what they do? I asked for a quote and they came to measure the roof. They wrote down dimensions, calculated the cost and gave me a verbal quote. But I still took a picture of the notebook page he took notes on. Cameron was going to send the quote the same day, he did not. I contacted him and asked for the written quote for the verbal agreement. He gave some excuses and he apologized for the delay. Are these tactics to measure customer’s need for a roof? Then he sent me the quote. The quote was nowhere close to what he calculated on his notebook and gave me verbally. I guess these work on some people. I asked for a corrected quote based on what we talked when he was at my house, I sent the picture I took back to him. I am still waiting for a quote 3 days after the visit. There is nothing coming. Why would I work with a company who are not holding promises on as small as a price? I am done with them before I got into it. Thank God!

An honest outfit. But even better, the finished job is outstanding. Our contact person, William (Will) Wood, was responsive to every question we had along the way. The craftsmanship was great to see as the job moved along. Hard workers who got to the house ten minutes early. I’d highly recommend them.

Homegrown provided exceptional assistance to repair roof damage caused by a recent tornado in the Canfield Ohio area. David Lamphere is great to work with and followed through with everything he said. Thanks

The roofing crew were on time, worked very hard and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up afterwards also. William Miller contacted my insurance company and got them to pay over half the price because it is a hip roof which cost more because of all the angles.
