  Henry from Holloway Roofing was out for a free estimate for repairing and upgrading some of our gutters and shutters (April 2026). They had done an awesome job for us several years ago (in October 2023). Following that most recent visit, we were completely left without any follow-up or feedback regarding the work requested estimate despite our reaching back several times. Prior to this we had asked for improved quotes on snow guards through Garry... never received. Now we are receiving electronic notices from Holloway to provide them with feedback on these more recent experiences. Ok, so here it is. Bottom line... we are VERY dissappointed in their recent efforts. Following a free estimate visit on Tuesday, April 11th, 2026... "sorry I have been super busy. I do apologize. I had guest come over unexpectedly over the weekend and I haven't had time to sit down I will work on this as quick as I can" -Henry, April 23, 2026. We reached back on April 28th, April 30th, and May 1st. Nothing. Here we are now in August 2026 and are receiving Holloway feedback requests... "This will be our last email asking for a review, as our hope is that you are happy enough with our services to leave us one." -Holloway Roofing WE WILL NOT USE, RELY, OR TRUST HOLLOWAY ROOFING AGAIN DESPITE OUR HAVING ALREADY DONE SO in the past having successfully paid for and received their past work! They WERE very good to work with in 2023... most recently in 2026, that service has changed significantly for the worse.

  I was initially very impressed with how involved and communicative they were regarding a siding project I needed completed as part of an insurance claim. Unfortunately, they completely dropped the ball when it came to following through. The last communication I received was that it would be approximately five weeks before they could start the project. It has now been over two months, and I have received absolutely no follow-up or update. If the timeline changed or they were no longer able to take on the project, I would have appreciated simply being told. I understand that delays happen, but going more than two months without any communication is unacceptable, especially after being so involved initially. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-through and customer communication.

  Great experience... stayed in contact with me every step. Started on time as stated and finished. Clean up was excellent. Highly recommend. Had shingles replaced on entire roof

  My roof was leaking which is metal and I had several different people seal it and around the chimney. What they all failed to tell me was that the roof was in great shape but the two chimneys were degrading which sealing was very temporary. Holloway came out told me what was wrong, worked to fine the best solution that fixed the problem in a way that fit my very tight budget. Everyone was professional, caring and knowledgeable. They responded quickly and did an awesome job! Would highly recommend them!

  If we could give 10 stars we would. From William preparing the estimate to Rafael and his team replacing our 22 year old roof, it was an easy process from start to finish.   Outstanding from start to finish! Kyle and Matt went above and beyond with the work they did! New roof gutters and skylights done in about four days. The cleanup was better than I would have done and I’m very particular! With out a doubt the best company that has ever done work for me!

  I had a large 35 square job done with skylights. The crew was respectful and considerate of my property, and they got it done in one day. The cost was mostly in line with other companies in the area, even though Holloway offers a better in house warranty and is a well established company. I had a few above and beyond things I wanted done and Holloway took care of them with no problems. Also, the wrong size skylights were delivered, and the project manager drove a few hours around the area to get the right size to make sure my job was done the same day. The final product was cleaner than most other jobs I’ve seen in the area (no exposed nails, crooked shingles, etc). Clean up was also very good, all things considered. I have river rock beds all around my house and I have only found 2 or 3 nails that were missed.
