  Update: Contacted SRS Building Products and they stated they have no liability for any damages. Pics they sent show how it could easily been done by the delivery truck due to their pic from the cab. No other deliveries that day, only 2 Prius’ and a Jeep for traffic which has drove over this driveway for years. Aerial photo added also. Update: The response from the company is: “we find no indication of any liability on our part.” But “that the concerns raised do not stem from our work. That said, we would still like to conclude this matter in a reasonable and professional manner. If the remaining concern can be addressed through a modest monetary accommodation, we are open to considering that option in the interest of resolving this efficiently.” Needless to say getting estimates for the modest monetary accommodations. Follow up on damages caused to our driveway from their delivery truck. Damages were buckled asphalt 2’x1’, cracked and edge crumbling. Driveway sealed 2 months before. Damaged occurred 7/01/2025. Company was informed upon completion of the roof, 7/03/2025. 2 emails from the company since that time. Roofing crew were great! Color selection of shingle great! Price was mid-range for the area. Crew allowed us to keep old plywood and larger pieces that were cut which is usually hauled away.

  Baber installed a new roof due to the hail damage in 2022. It started leaking before the siding was completed that same year. They sent a man to repair it. I thought it taken care of. Just recently I noticed the roof leaking again in the same area. I called the owner and left a simple voice mail just to return my call with no other details. He did not return my call. I had previously left a five star review, but due to the circumstances I changed my review. I was willing to pay for an additional repair and I did with another company.

  They didn’t know what color of roof I ordered, almost missed the electric company as they had to bring the needed part, didn’t use their local team but brought in a crew from NC in a mad rush. The Baber lead guy acted like he was on cocain & I heard him tell the lead Mexican man that he had a little something, something for him if he needed it. My new gutter guards got messed up & after complaining about them the Baber man came back & fixed them. Then last summer when we had that major storm come through I had a huge oak tree come down hitting the corner of my house. I only asked for a rough estimate based on pictures for my insurance. They knew I bought my roof with them & they rudely said they were only replacing whole roofs & weren’t doing repairs. I only needed an estimate as I had extra roof tiles. They refused to give me one. I would NEVER recommend them!!!

  We discovered a leak in our porch roof just as we were listing the house for sale. This company came out promptly and explained the extent of the damage in an easy to understand and credible way. They then scheduled and completed the work quickly enough to not delay getting our house on the market. Their work looks good and they were mindful about protecting our landscaping and cleaning up after themselves.

  Not enough stars exists for my review of Baber Enterprises. A tree fell on my house and I was completely overwhelmed by the entire process. CW at Baber handled absolutely everything. Got my insurance company to actually cover the repairs, and the actual work was done professionally and ahead of schedule. If I ever need the services they offer again will happily do business with them again.

  As a custom home builder we see our relationships with all of our trades as partnerships and some work better than others.   I have a 38 year old home with multiple pitched roofs. Baber did an excellent job joining those pitches and keeping the lines clean. Clean up was superb and I didn't find a single nail after they left.

  Our experience with Baber was excellent. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They accomplished the job very quickly and efficiently, as well. I appreciate that they did not leave the scheduling up in the air. They told me the approximate month they would be able to put me on their schedule. As soon as they had an idea of the date, they let me know. As the date approached and they had delays on their current project, they called to update me with their expected start date.

  So - it’s great to be able to report Superior service. Weather damaged part of our recently installed metal roof. A quick phone call to Baber And they were immediately responsive. Chad has just finished reviewing the problem, identified it and has corrected it temporarily until they can come back to fix permanently. Or within 24 hours. I genuinely expected to be up there, crawling around the roof myself trying to keep it down in the wind. These guys are way beyond anything I expected Service was five stars only because there’s not six or 10. Thanks Chad and thanks Ashley and the folks who run a company that provides really good services.

  Baber did a great job installing our new metal roof. It took a few months to get the job on the books after the estimate, but the work only took a couple days. They were fast, clean, and professional. They even came back to hookup our TV antenna that they had disconnected, which I appreciated. They also had an excellent estimate for a standing seam roof. I would 100% call them again.

  Great local family run company for over 40 years awesome office personnel and very courteous and efficient job site workers. Does it matter if you want one of the dozens of colors available in standing seam metal, shingles or gutters these guys cover all the bases.
