Not very kind on the phone. Hours of operation say 24 hours every day of the week, however, when calling to try to book an appointment they told me they don't work on the weekends. I have a roof leak I need urgently diagnosed.

  Reply from the business

We’re sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it is when you’re dealing with an active roof leak. We apologize if your phone experience did not feel kind or helpful. That is not the experience we want anyone to have when they reach out to us. Our after-hours availability is meant to help customers get in touch, but appointment availability can vary by location, crew schedule, and urgency. We’d like the chance to look into this and help get you connected with the right team. Please call us at 434-439-4308 and we’ll have someone follow up as soon as possible.

Avoid this company. Rude and direct office manager hung up on me while we trying to understand their appointment process. Impatient and unprofessional! We then called another local roofing firm who was able to come out and do the job tomorrow!

We are sorry we are unable to complete repairs the same day we estimate them, and we are sorry this upset you to the extent it did. We are happy you found someone to take care of your roofing issue.

Out of 5 bids, Cenvar's was the lowest by $1,000 to almost $5,000. There was good communication about when they would arrive and finish. We were pleased that they could get the whole job done in two days considering the size and complexity of the roof.

Professional, friendly and helpful. There was a glitch when closing the back door. My husband called and they came the next day to get it right. We bought a new storm door and sliding glass doors for the dining room. We are very pleased with the doors and the entire experience.
