  Lied repeatedly about scheduling and length of time work would take to complete. When confronted with their lies, they never acknowledged them or apologized. They just kept trying to mislead me. I have never reviewed anyone but their attitude and effort were so poor and condescending I had to write a review. It was a weather issue originally. The weather is not responsible for you lying though. a lot of the 20 emails are me repeatedly asking the same question. How long will the work take? seemed to baffle you guys and require multiple emails. its not my fault that chain is so long. I asked one question repeatedly. The same way over and over again and you guys kept not answering. I asked for clarity and you kept ignoring me. That is why the email chain is the ridiculous length that it is. I even point that out to you in the email chain multiple times when you try devious tactics. You guys told me it would take three days originally but wouldn't do the work

  Jeff, This was a weather (snow & rain) related event. I don't believe we deserve a 1-star when we both know that we performed a well-done job for the shingle project. At the end, you confronted us rudely over the phone stating that the color that was installed was incorrect. We nicely tried to explain it to you that you confirmed the color via email and you did not want to hear it from us. Later, you apologized saying that the color was correct. We were very patient with you and said "it's okay, accidents happen!". For the metal job, we did not lie. We simply told you the truth and you just did not like it. I showed you screenshots of what the weather was going to possibly be like for the week. You wanted us to do a metal project of approx. 17sq with framing involved in two days (Monday & Tuesday) when it was nice. However, we cannot perform that in 2 days. We also did not want to start it because it was calling for snow, rain, and ice for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We did not want to increase the risk of possibly leaking leaving the roof exposed until the following week. We are NOT going to risk our employee's wellbeing on the road and on the roof with very cold and snowing weather. ❄️ I would believe that you would understand this (especially being in the real estate business) and try to work with us on a date that would work best for both us with mother-nature not being present. We have NEVER declined a job for anyone before, but after the constant back and forth (over 20 emails) and not coming to a conclusion, we had to cancel it. You told us that you "needed" our help, and we tried to help but you weren't able to be flexible. You were NOT the only one whose job got pushed back, and our other clients (some who were also in the real estate business) understood and agreed. Our contract lists the following, which would need your signature accepting: "Estimated Starting and Completion Dates. Owner acknowledges that the starting date for the roof replaceme

  Highest Roofing responded quickly to my need for an analysis and estimate for a roof repair. Their price was competitive. We scheduled the work and the crew was on time, knowledgeable, and hard working. This is my second time using Highest Roofing. I am happy to recommend them.   Cannot say enough good things about this company! They came out to do an estimate for us on an issue with our gutters. Found the clog and fixed it right away and even went above and beyond to help make us aware of flashing issues around our chimney. They were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend this company for all your roofing, gutter, and exterior needs!

  Would definitely recommend Highest Roofing if you need a new roof. They very clearly communicated the estimates (prices for labor, different types of shingles, plywood repair) as well as timeline. Work was completed efficiently and everything was cleaned up after each work day and after completion of the job. And the finished roof looks great!

  Edited 8/30/2025 to add my siding installation experience: After the amazing roofing installation they did last year, I just knew I could count on Highest Roofing to bring the same expertise and quality of work to a siding installation. And they did not disappoint! Rossy and Carlos were a pleasure to see and discuss the steps of the project with. The crew was, once again, exceptional, and they completely transformed my older home into a chic, beautiful place I love to be. They were courteous and made sure to clean well after each day. From top to bottom, Highest Roofing has your housing needs covered. Once again, thank you so much! From start to finish, this was a great experience. Everyone was polite, professional, and courteous. Fernando was always a pleasure to speak with and a fantastic help throughout the whole process, addressing any concerns and making sure to keep communication clear. Carlos did the estimate quickly and explained all the available roofing options. The crew did such a fantastic job that I just love going outside to admire their work. I'm so please with my new roof and can't recommend Highest Roofing enough! Thank you!

  From the estimate to the final walk around, this company was very professional and did exactly what they stated. They started at 6AM and finished around 6pm each day. They cleaned up at the end of each day and communicated with me along the way what I should expect. Impressive to have three visits from Carlos, once to measure the roof, once in the middle of the job and at the final walk around to go behind his guys making sure all the nails and trash were picked up. Wilson, Peter (the baby) Alexa and the others were kind and worked very well together. They worked hard to keep my lawn as well as shrubs intact. I am grateful for that. Rosey was very informative and also communicated with me along the way as well as Fernando. Bryan also came out with a drone along with Carlos to take pictures of the roof. All in all, a very well done job. Thanks again for staying safe and working with me on this job. Much appreciated and I would highly (pun intend) recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.
