  Horrible work

This is a fake review. It’s a shame that competitors would do such a thing.

Doesn't inspect roofs and repair as stated on the contract. Misses problems; save your money!

This is a fake review. No such customer. Obviously a competitor trying to lower our rating. Check out our Home Adviser ratings and our GAF ratings and our Better Business Bureau ratings. Those ratings have to come from a real customer.

Burns did a really nice job replacing my roof. Bruce Burns has been at it for awhile and is very knowledgeable. Christianne was prompt to respond and easy to work with. Very satisfied with the result.

My experience with this contractor was great. It's easy to tell that Mr. Burns knows what he is doing, being in this business for over 30 years. I had him and his 7 man crew replace a 30 year old roof and they were able to complete the job …

The roof replacement was done in one day as promised. It was done on an extremely hot and humid day, but was done without delay which would have been understandable. I would recommend using Burns Builders Roofing as they did a good job exactly as promised.

The team did a wonderful job; answered all of my questions; we has a small area missed and Bruce was quick to get it corrected. No complaints here. Everything is still great several years after the work was completed.

We found Bruce and his team through a friend's recommendation when our roof leaked. Bruce came out, assessed the roof, and provided us with a quote within days of our initial contact. We had reached out to several other contractors, but Bruce was the only one to answer our request. Not only was the product great, but his communication, on site play by play, and the speed the team completed their work was above and beyond our expectations. They took the stress out of a stressful situation. Thanks Burns Builders Roofing for a great job and a great experience!
