  We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but several statements in your review do not accurately reflect our records or our warranty process. As explained throughout our communications with customers, warranty registration takes place after the insurance claim has been fully closed through Precision Public Adjusting (PPA) and we have received all final insurance proceeds related to the project. This is our standard procedure for insurance restoration projects. We are also unable to locate your name in our customer database based on the information provided in this review. Because of that, we cannot verify the details you’ve described, including the alleged attempts to contact us or the status of your project.   Hive Roofing replaced my roof Less Than 3 years ago. I developed a small leak and no one from the company will call me back. Do yourself a favor and get a contractor who cares about follow-up service. Stay away from these guys.

  Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this very seriously and always aim to communicate clearly and consistently with our customers. In your case, we did follow up and explained that the interior leak you experienced was caused by an ice dam buildup, rather than an issue with the roofing system itself. You also let us know afterward that there has not been any active leaking since then—even during heavy rain—which supports that assessment. For clarity, ice dams form when snow on the roof melts (often due to heat escaping from the home), then refreezes along the colder edges of the roof or inside the gutters. This creates a blockage that prevents proper drainage. As more snow melts, water gets trapped behind the ice and can work its way up under shingles and into the home, leading to interior leaks. This is typically related to temperature differences, insulation, and ventilation—not a failure of the roof installation itself. As previously discussed, should you have an ongoing interior leak, we we are happy to reassess.

  Job was completed properly, the billing after the insurance claim was horrible. I was threatened with collection emails for pastdue payments for that where made by me and not posted to my account TWICE ! DONT TRUST THEIR ACCOUNTING !

  The crew at Hive was awesome from getting insurance to cover the job to doing the whole job in one day. Everyone i dealt with on the phone and on the job was very polite and professional. Hard to come by these days. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Hive roofing was so patient and persistent in dealing with my insurance co even though they repeatedly denied my claim. They eventually got it pushed thru, did great work and were wonderful through the entire process. I 10,0000/10 recommend!!

  These young men were in my neighborhood working on another project and knocking on doors lucky me. I was looking for someone to take a look at my roof for a possible leak. They inspected and did a temporary fix to see if that was the only spot. After confirmation, they worked with me on scheduling to return to fix the roof. So professional and courteous, the follow-up with me the customer service experience was impeccable. Dont hesitate to work with Hive. I am a satisfied customer.

  Hive Roofing recently did a full replacement of the roof of my rental property. Adam and Russel were super helpful and patient with initial hand holding through the insurance claim process. The crew then came out when they said and a little over half a day installed quality Owens Corning Duration shingles on the roof including extensive decking. Farrah was also patient, supportive, flexible around the install itself (choosing shingles, scheduling etc.) and finalizing insurance details afterward. Thanks for everything guys!
