Himalaya Group came highly recommended by a family member, they have an A+ rating with the BBB and several fantastic reviews here. They use a program to estimate the work prior to coming to site. I live in a semidetached home. The quote came to me assuming we were renovating both homes. We We’re only renovating our side. It was quickly and easily adjusted. The price was reasonable and on par with the competition. They initially presented themselves very professionally and included liability insurance information up front. We were initially quoted an install date 4 weeks away from giving our deposit. That date came and went and no one showed up or called to say our project had been pushed back. I waited for two weeks to contact them to see when we could get our project installed. We booked another date and another no show with no communication. This happened a total of three times. 9 weeks after we paid our deposit we finally had guys on site. The job took more than one day, which was reasonable. We expected that they would show up the next day to finish the job but no one showed. No one contacted us to tell us when the job was to be completed. We had to call again. Throughout the entire process the onus was on us to communicate. Each time we contacted them we received several apologies and many excuses for the delays. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the workmanship is fantastic. The site was left clean and the guys doing the work were very respectful. HOWEVER, I could not recommend them to a family or friend because it was too hard to get them to complete the job. I’m very disappointed that we did not have the same exceptional experience that other customers have had.

Voytek and his crew were exceptional… His team showed up on time, prepared and worked diligently… They were professional, courteous, and very conscientious… Prior to my decision: I received three independent estimates on my roofing project… I felt complete confidence in this team based on their experience, previous recommendations, professionalism and price!!! The estimate was detailed and complete… Couple issues occurred when they removed the old roof, photos were provided, and estimate of cost was included, which was understandable and reasonably priced… I would absolutely recommend this company and I will use this company for any further projects.

Excellent work to repair vinyl siding that was blown off by wind. Very friendly and prompt service. Quickly came to the house to inspect and to grab a piece of siding so they could match the colour. Looks like new. Would definitely use them again in the future. A very good experience overall.
