Andy was a quality professional and fantastic. He came out when he said he would, surveyed our roof, and helped identify a few problem areas along with his opinion on what should be done. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Highland Roofing in Willoughby, Ohio. From start to finish, the process was fast, thorough, and well explained. Ron was outstanding—he came to our home to prepare an estimate, carefully documented areas of concern, and walked us through potential options and solutions in detail. He even took the time to seal up a small leak around the flashing during the estimate as a gesture of goodwill. Scheduling our new roof was quick, and communication throughout was excellent. On installation day, Ron was on site with the crew the entire time, ensuring everything went smoothly. The team worked hard, protected our property during the tear-off, and left the site spotless—it looked like they were never there. The crew was not only professional but also genuinely pleasant; you could hear them singing as they worked, which spoke volumes about how much they enjoy their craft. The finished roof looks fantastic, and the quality is top-notch. We highly recommend Highland Roofing for anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused roofing company
