High Pines Roofing & Remodeling

The only one or two-star review we hold for High Pines Roofing & Remodeling.

High Pines was contracted to remodel a balcony at my condo. We gave them a 50% down payment and a signed contract with an agreed upon start date. They didn’t show up on the agreed upon start date. I called everyday requesting a status update and was told someone would call me back but they never did. I was called a week after the expected start date to let me know that they had not received my contract despite sending it to them twice with the down payment. They also notified me that they are unable to start for an additional two weeks. Talk about a bunch of crooks! Be aware of this company and their shady practices.

Hi Nick, Thank you for voicing your concerns. We are sorry that your project was delayed. It is very important to us to have transparency with our clients about their projects. Due to a labor shortage and material shortages it has been difficult to coordinate schedules with vendors and clients in an efficient manner. However, we are committed to completing your work and you are at the top of our list. Please contact us to discuss this further! The High Pines team

We have a stucco and roof warranty with High Pines. We had a wall leak, involving the exterior stucco around conduit involving a split. They were very prompt in regards to response once we notified them. A pair came out and made minor repairs to fix the leak, man and woman, very professional. Wish all vendors in the Santa Fe area could be so professional and prompt to back up their work or warranties.

High Pines has been wonderful both to me and the previous owner of my home. Julian, (the “front man” and son of the owner) was prompt, courteous, and thorough and clearly had a respectful relationship with his workers all of whom knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.
