I reached out to have the old exterior replaced, and the crew was very knowledgeable about roofing and exterior work from the start. They took time to inspect everything carefully, explain the process, and plan the job the right way. The team removed the worn materials, trim, and old caulking around the windows and main entry, then upgraded the home with quality exterior products and added solid insulation for better protection and energy efficiency. One of the biggest improvements was the porch roof. They rebuilt the damaged wood decking and framing where needed, giving the roof the strength and stability it needed. They also installed new shingles and a proper gutter and downspout system so water drains away correctly. In Colorado Springs, that kind of roofing and drainage work really matters because strong sun, wind, hail, and changing weather can be hard on a home. They also did an excellent job preserving the original character of this older house while improving the exterior finish. The metal capping and trim work came out clean and sharp, and the front of the home now looks much more polished and seamless. They even covered exposed exterior areas that used to be an eyesore, which made the whole façade look much better. What stood out most was how confident and capable the crew was when dealing with an older home. With houses like this, you never know what issues may be hiding underneath, but they handled every challenge professionally from start to finish. The workmanship was impressive, the roof repairs were done right, and the whole exterior now gets a lot of compliments. I am very pleased with the results and would gladly hire them again for more roofing and exterior work on the back of the house.

I’m very pleased with the roofing work done on my home in Colorado Springs. My roof has two dormers with windows that were leaking during strong rain, and several roof vent pipes had old rusted caps while a few caps were missing completely. …

Our roofing experience was excellent. arthur was professional, easy to talk with, and quick to answer all of my questions and concerns. We had roof damage around the skylights, and he explained the best repair option to help it hold up for the long term. He also gave helpful advice about flashing, sealing, and overall roof protection so we felt confident in the repair plan. The finished work is visible from our second floor, and it looks neat, solid, and professionally done. The crew completed the roofing repair while we were away, and they took time to protect the inside areas near the skylights so we came back to a clean home. That extra care really stood out. After the repair, we had heavy rain and snow in Colorado Springs, and everything has stayed dry with no issues at all. joe followed up after the storms to make sure the roof repair was performing the way it should, which i really appreciated. That kind of follow-through showed they stand behind their roofing work. He also helped with the paperwork needed for the insurance claim and pointed us toward a great team for the interior paint and drywall repairs. damon made the whole process smooth from start to finish. i would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing skylight or roof repair.

We feel very lucky to have found a roofing team to fix our leaking roof vent after the previous roofer did not handle it properly and made the issue worse. Russell, the crew technician, and Damon in the office were professional, kind, and very thoughtful throughout the whole repair process. They explained the roofing work clearly, completed the repair with strong workmanship, and charged a fair price for high quality service. Living in Colorado Springs, it is important to have a reliable roofer who can handle roof leaks and vent problems the right way, and this team did exactly that. My husband and I fully trust them, and from now on we will use them for any future roofing needs without shopping around anymore.

The roofing job was finished quickly, and the crew responded well when a few concerns came up during the installation. The job supervisors were professional, courteous, and fast to address everything, which helped the project stay on track. Emmanuel managed the roof work from start to finish in a respectful and helpful way. There was some minor confusion during cleanup and material handling near the neighbor’s side, but it was corrected right away after being mentioned. A landscaping light was also damaged during the roofing project, and they reimbursed me promptly, which I appreciated. The new shingles and overall roof installation look good, and I am satisfied with how the project turned out. The solar tubes are not quite as bright as I expected, but overall I am pleased with the roofing service and the way the team handled communication and follow-up in Colorado Springs.

Our first roof replacement after hail damage felt much easier than expected. Joe handled the whole roofing process step by step and made sure we understood everything along the way. He was very knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and always explained the roof repair and replacement work in simple terms. The roofing team also helped with the insurance adjuster process and kept everything organized from start to finish. We found out that our gutters, garage doors, and a few other exterior items also needed to be replaced, and Joe stayed involved through it all. He checked on the work often, made sure the crew completed everything the right way, and took care of even the small details. Good customer service is not easy to find, but this experience really stood out. Joe was always easy to reach by phone, kept us updated, and made sure the entire project moved smoothly. The finished roof and exterior work look great, and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend this roofing company for hail damage repairs, roof replacement, gutters, and related exterior work.

The roofing team was professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. From the first appointment, they helped me choose the right shingle color and roofing materials for my home, and the scheduling process was smooth and easy. They gave me a two-week timeframe, and once the weather in Colorado Springs was clear and suitable for roof work, they sent a text to confirm the exact day. The crew, roofing supplies, and dumpster all showed up on time as planned. The roof replacement was finished in just one day with no issues, and the workmanship looked great. Their cleanup was thorough, and the dumpster was removed the very next day. They also completed a final inspection, made sure I was satisfied, and answered all my questions. The whole roofing project went as smoothly as I could have hoped, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.
