I set up an appointment a week ago for a roof inspection for yesterday but they never showed or called. Second roofing company in a row that has done this, I'm starting to think there isn't a single roofing crew in the Akron area that can keep their appointments.

Exceptional service and honesty! We recently had a storm rip off some flashing along the edge of our roof and called Heritage Roofing Company for an inspection and quote. Aaron came out to take a look, and I was blown away by his professionalism and integrity. Not only did he fix the loose flashing right on the spot free of charge, but he also conducted a thorough inspection and caught a serious leak near our chimney where water was causing the wood to rot. He walked me through everything with great expertise, zero pressure, and is currently putting together an estimate for the larger repair. Aaron is down-to-earth, genuinely cares about doing the job right, and goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find this level of customer care and honesty these days. We will definitely be using Heritage Roofing for our repairs and highly recommend Aaron and the team!

Our home had two separate leaks from penetrations in the roof. The point man at Heritage roofing made it his mission to assist us with stopping the leak. Even if we hadn't done business with the company, he went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved. Jake Cramer deserves his flowers (and potentially a raise) for his meticulous dedication, insightfulness and people skills. We ended up getting both penetrations fixed by Heritage. My wife and I are incredibly pleased with the work done. In the future, we plan on calling upon Jake and the rest of the Heritage team for our future siding and potential roof projects in the future.
