  I have read a lot of good reviews about this company and they have great reviews in consumer reports 2018... I have called several times for an estimate and no body has called me back!!!! I can’t understand how they have great reviews if they don’t call back??? Good luck with them!!!! I give up!!

  Update: Do not believe the owner's response. It's inaccurate and false. So, I don't really need to go any further. Again, BEWARE of this company. _____________________ There was a hole in the valley. I called Hercules Roofing to find the culprit and perform repairs to stop the leak. They charged me $1300 for the repairs, and the work took about two hours. Then, it leaked again within a matter of months in the same area! I contacted the owner regarding the leak, and didn't expect to pay because the work was supposed to be covered by warranty. Owner Gil Stein and Operations Manager Wayne Franklin refused and pointed out that the leak came from the upper valley, and said the patched up hole wouldn't have worked anyway. The bottom line is, their argument was illogical. They quoted the repairs to be $2588 on top of what I had paid months ago. I hired another roofer with 40 years of experience, and he was stunned with the shoddy work performed by Hercules Roofing, and was stunned by the price they quoted me for. Pictures are attached. Put simply, AVOID THIS COMPANY! They wouldn't honor warranty agreement and would come up with various excuses to make you pay more. Hercules Roofing is run by corrupt, unethical, immoral people. They're not worthy of any recognition by anyone. I will also file reports against the company to various entities. BEWARE of this company!

  I am sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with us. While I understand your frustration, your stated case and pictures do not tell the full story. We repaired your roof almost 11 months ago and did solve the reported leak issue. The issue, repaired in 2016, was a leak at the bottom of the valley area where it meets up with a wall flashing. We repaired both the wall flashing and the bottom of the valley. I have attached a link to the picture that shows the exact location that your “expert” roofer claims that we did not repair properly. http://bit.ly/2tWZWnv We did seal up that area, which is visible in the photo. I am not sure what your roofer did when he removed the tiles to the roof, but the picture you have attached is not how we left your roof when we completed the repair. At this time, we believe that the current leak is coming in at the top of the valley and rolling down to the end where it is coming into your house. We hope that all of the leaks are, or will be, fixed. We have always honored our warranties and our reviews and reputation back that up.

  I am sorry about the non communication. We do our best to keep to all of our appointments while also giving all of our customers the time necessary. Sometimes we do run late. We therefore typically leave a 1 hour window with all appointments.

  Everything was great with Hercules, from the estimate to the installation. The office staff was wonderful to deal with as were the workers. All aspects were done in a very timely manner and the new roof looks great. I would highly recommend.

  I was extremely impressed with the work, workers, staff helping me navigate the process of getting a new roof. The workers cleaned up so there were no nails on my driveway. I would recommend Hercules Roofing to my neighbors.

  Hercules, through supervisor Mark, brought me the replacement tiles today. The office manager, Hellen, called me yesterday. We had a conversation in harmony. She apologized for the previous conversation. Hercules being a reputable company, I'm pleased this has been resolved.! Thank you very much for your work! after long wait, Hercules finished the job of replacing our roof. Unfortunately, during the inspection of the new roof, his workers broke newly installed tiles. They used our spare tiles (25) to repair it. This was on 05/05/2025. As of today, 08/20/2025, I still have not received the spare tiles promised by supervisor Mark. I called their office and spoke with the office manager, who was extremely rude in explaining to me that these tiles were discontinued in June 2025. Four months have passed and I still have not received the spare tiles. I hope that Hercules reacts and gives me a serious formal response with the delivery date of these blessed tiles.   We had the most amazing experience working with everyone at Hercules Roofing. Helen was patient, kind and passionate about everything she does. Mark was amazing as well! Always helpful, professional and efficient. My Mom got a new roof from them and her experience was exactly the same as mine. Just amazing especially in today’s roofing culture.

  Hercules did a great jog installing our new roof. They were timely, professional and proficient. After they did the work, their clean up was so good that you couldn't even tell they were here. They come highly recommended.

  Roof installed quickly after tile delivery. Used dump trucks to haul away debris the same day the work was done, way better than havinga dumpster parked in front of my house fora few moths. Work crew was motivated and seemed very efficient. Foreman Mark always addressed any concerns I had. Overall, a great experience, they also did my father's house, his neighbor and my neighbor. Highly recommend.

  We had an exceptional experience with Hercules Roofing from start to finish. Gil (owner), Ronnie (sales), Helen (office) and Mark (project manager) are top-notch people and were a pleasure to work with. The crews that did the day-to-day work were considerate, hard-working, and left my property better and cleaner than they found it. Very high quality company, excellent customer service, and I am very happy with my new roof.
