  Avery was recommended to me by a coworker, and from the moment he arrived he handled the whole roofing process with care. He made sure our insurance claim moved along smoothly and that the roof inspection was completed the right way. He even came by on a Saturday so we could choose the shingle color without feeling rushed. Communication was excellent the entire time, and we were never left wondering what was happening with our roof repair and replacement. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and still paid close attention to the quality of the installation. They also did a thorough cleanup around the property, so everything looked neat when the job was finished.   I delayed my roof replacement for a long time because I was worried about hiring the wrong roofing contractor. I really wish I had found Harrison sooner. From my first call, the whole roofing team was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Harrison made it simple to choose the right shingle style and color for my home, and even offered to bring sample materials so I could see what would look best. The roof pricing, scope of work, and available options were explained clearly and were very fair. When the roofing job started, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care. They protected the landscaping around the house, kept the work area organized, and did such a thorough cleanup that everything looked great when the job was done. Once the old roof was removed, they found more wood rot and damaged roof decking than expected. Even with the added repairs, the team went above and beyond to replace the problem areas properly for only a reasonable increase in cost. They also shared clear photos during the project so I could see the condition of the roof and understand exactly what was being repaired. What I expected to be just a necessary roof replacement turned into a very positive experience. The finished roof looks outstanding, the shingles really improved the appearance of my home, and the quality of the workmanship gives me confidence that it will hold up well through Missouri heat, rain, wind, and changing seasons.   Very easy to work with and professional through every step of the roofing job. They communicated clearly about when the crew would arrive, and they showed up as promised. Their roofers and regular trade partners worked well together, and it was clear they hold high standards for workmanship, scheduling, and follow-up. They handled the insurance process from the beginning and helped get the roof replacement covered, which made everything much easier. In addition to the main roofing work, they added insulation to the flat roof over the screen room and applied a strong protective roof coating designed for long-term performance. They also installed a permanent roof over the attached atrium and shed, coordinating closely with the contractor so the new roofing matched the existing home perfectly in style, color, and overall appearance. They replaced an older skylight on the main roof and added a new skylight over the atrium, and both installations look great. The crew did a thorough cleanup at the end of the project, which I really appreciated. With the warm weather and storms we get in Missouri, it feels good to have a roof system that looks excellent and adds lasting protection. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the communication, and the finished result.

  The whole crew at Henry Family Roofing Company was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. We had a serious gutter issue, and they quickly handled a full new gutter installation in less than a week. During a financing mix-up that was not their fault, Avery in the office was very helpful and made the process much easier. We spent a lot of time comparing roofing and gutter contractors, and Harrison was patient, answered every question, and explained the options clearly. After being let down by a previous gutter cover company, we decided to replace all of the gutters, and the new gutter guard system has worked much better than expected. We highly recommend them for gutter and roofing work.

  After a recent hail storm damaged our roof and gutters, a friend shared a recommendation for Henry Family Roofing Company on facebook. We had never worked with a roofer before, so we filled out an inspection request online. Within about 30 minutes, landon, the project manager, called and said he could come out the next morning in Charles. When landon arrived, it was easy to see he had strong experience with hail damage, roof repair, and insurance claim work. He explained the roofing process in simple terms, answered our questions, and helped us understand what to expect from the inspection through completion. His professional but easygoing attitude made a stressful situation much easier for us. We were kept informed about when the crew would be there, what part of the roofing job was being done, and when everything would be finished. i am very particular, and the crew that replaced the roof and gutters did excellent work. they were careful around our plants, siding, and outdoor items, and they cleaned up nails and other debris very well when the job was done. The new roof looks great, the gutter work was solid, and the whole experience felt organized and smooth. we really appreciated the clear communication, honest service, and quality workmanship. if you need help with storm damage, roof replacement, or gutter work, we highly recommend them.
