Very unprofessional and rude phone etiquette. I called to get information for a quote and the person that answered just said "Hello can I help you?" So I asked if it was Henry & Sons Roofing. The person hung up the phone so I called back and my number was blocked!

We had our roof replaced recently, and it was our first time going through a full roofing project. I filled out the online form for a free estimate, and the quote was emailed to us within 24 hours. We had a few follow-up questions about the project timeline and adding proper roof vents since our bathroom fans had been venting into the attic. Every question was answered the same day, and the communication was clear and helpful. After we signed the contract, we were given a start date. The schedule moved back by about a week because of rain, but we were kept informed, and the process still went smoothly. There was also a shingle supply issue with the color we first picked, so we chose a different one. It worked out well because there were several good options that matched our home nicely. We received helpful emails that explained each step of the roofing job, what to expect before installation day, and how the crew would handle the work. We were told the team would arrive early in the morning, and they showed up right on time and got started as expected. During the day, we received updates on the progress, which made us feel confident that everything was staying on track. The crew worked efficiently and completed the roof the same day. They also sent multiple photos of the finished roof so we could review the shingles, flashing, vents, and overall workmanship. The cleanup was thorough, and the property was left neat when the job was done. Our new roof looks great, and we are very happy with the quality, communication, and professionalism. We would gladly recommend this roofing company to friends and neighbors.

Jordan worked with our claim adjuster and insurance company through a long roofing claim for a new roof, gutters, and exterior repairs after hail damage to our home and garage. It was a challenging process, but everything was handled with care and persistence from start to finish. The roofing crew was friendly, very clean, and worked together with great teamwork on every part of the job. Even the inspector pointed out how well the roof installation was done, which says a lot about the quality of their workmanship. The roof and gutters look outstanding, and the roofing materials and gutter products they used feel top quality and built to last. Throughout the whole project, everyone was helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They kept things organized, explained the process clearly, and made sure the final result came together beautifully.

I needed a few roof shingles re-nailed and repaired, and the roof pitch was too steep for me to handle safely. After I left a message, they called me back the next business day. Jordan came out to inspect the roof, explained what needed attention, and followed up quickly to get the repair scheduled. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished everything in about two hours while staying on budget. The roof repairs looked great, and they also fixed a couple of other small roofing issues I had not noticed. They clearly know their way around shingle roofs and steep-slope repair work. In my opinion, it was a fast turnaround, solid workmanship, and a very professional roofing service. I would gladly call them again for any future roof repair needs.

After getting five roofing estimates, I felt confident choosing this roofing contractor. Jordan was very professional, answered all of my questions quickly, and always returned my calls right away. The crew completed my new roof in less than a day, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Their speed, roofing skill, and attention to detail really stood out compared with other roofers my friends had used. I was especially impressed by the cleanup after the roof installation. I had heard stories about nails and shingles being left behind, but this crew used a magnetic tool to pick up old nails and made sure the yard and driveway were spotless. After they left, I checked the property carefully and could not find a single piece of debris. They also explained the roofing materials clearly, kept me updated during the job, and made the entire experience stress free. I am extremely happy with Jordan and the roofing team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Chicago who needs reliable roofing work.
