We had an excellent experience with Hefferan Roofing from start to finish. Brian Hefferan was professional, responsive, and easy to reach throughout the entire process. Before the work began, he provided a detailed contract outlining exactly what would be done, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. The roofing crew worked incredibly hard, even in extreme summer heat. Their dedication, efficiency, and attention to detail were evident, and the finished roof looks fantastic! Hefferan Roofing has earned our family's trust for generations; they've replaced roofs for my parents, grandparents, brother and sister-in-law, uncle and aunt, and now us. That kind of consistency speaks volumes about the quality of their work and customer service. What really sets Brian apart is that he stands behind his work. If there's ever a question or concern, he's willing to follow up personally and inspect the job to make sure everything is right. That level of accountability and customer care is hard to find. We highly recommend Hefferan Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, dependable, and high-quality roofing company. They've earned our trust, and we'll continue recommending them to family and friends. My parents have recommended Hefferan Roofing to several family members and friends over the years, and every one of them has been just as satisfied as we are.

Roofing contractor that was fast, efficient and a delight, they're based in Arlington Heights but came to Park Ridge, IL. We had a leak in my very young daughter's bedroom. Brian Hefferan was there the very same day to check it out since he had a nearby jov in Edison Park, IL. He explained to me why it happened and how our house had been constructed, in an approachable, kind and easy to understand way. He explained that the constructors of our home had used flat roofing equipment for our very steep roof. He gave a free estimate and they had the leaking roof repair completed quickly. Thank you, we Will definitely use you again!

Hefferan roofing is a class act. He's done my father in-law's and sister-in-law's roof and both have raved about his team's work. We had a leak in our roof and he promptly came out and determined the issue and fixed it without difficulty. Highly recommend and we will definitely be working with him and his team moving forward.

I got a letter from my insurance company saying I needed to replace my roof or they’d cancel my policy. Brian came out to take a look and was completely honest — he said I didn’t need a whole new roof, just the small flat section. He put a new rubber roof on that area, repaired a spot on the shingles, power washed the algae off, and even fixed a downspout that had been done wrong. He did great work, was professional, and saved me a lot of unnecessary expense. Highly recommend!

We had Hefferan Roofing replace our 3-car flat garage roof, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Once the job began, they discovered a few surprises and suggested an alternative approach that made more sense than the original plan. Even with this change, they completed everything in just three days. Brian, the owner, is very knowledgeable, and his team was efficient, professional, and clearly skilled in their work. They not only did a great job on the roof, but also went above and beyond with cleanup—power-washing all the cement windowsills on the house so they matched the power-washed capstones on the garage roof. The results look fantastic. I highly recommend Hefferan Roofing for their expertise, professionalism, and great service.
