  This review is based on my experience. My Townhome Association hired Hedberg to perform a two phase project on my home. 1st phase went fine. I had to coordinate Hedberg and window installer for 2nd phase. Hedberg's team showed up and I inquired " if they were familiar with the project?" Answer was "no". I called Scott ( my contact at Hedberg) expressing my concern. Meanwhile the team LEFT - GOT IN THEIR TRUCK - and left. A phone call and 2 texts to Scott - No Response. Called Claire at the office - No Response. Drove to the office the next day - spoke to Eric (owner). Never have had an apology - No text - No Email - No call. Nothing. I have never had an experience like this...they left me High and Dry.

  I was unaware of this issue until Mrs. Hughes showed up at my office. My men have made dozens of similar repairs although not on her particular unit. I was told later that Mrs Hughes was being condescending? for lack of a better term. I personally apologized to Mrs. Hughes and offered to compensate her for any costs that may have resulted in my men leaving when she showed up at my office. Our company has performed roof replacements on 68 home owners associations to date. We have made over 650 roof repairs this year alone. The two men I sent over there have worked for me for 15 years ? This is a first ? Most of our reviews are 5 stars ? I am not exactly sure what happened but I do know there are two sides to every story. The fact that I did apologize to her in person an I offered to compensate her for any monetary damages she my have incurred is not mentioned in her negative review ? It is possible that she forgot ?

  Work til dark and left a bunch of nails in the road. They also left garbage and pieces of roofing everywhere. Nowhere near 5 star work. Edit: Here's your proof. Tell me how I am able to leave at any point. Nails coming out of the rain gutter. I walked the road myself every night to ensure the nails were picked up. Handfuls. Unprofessional.

  Dean, I apologize I didn't realize that you were in an association. (That we have had great track record with) Yes it does get messy during the day, but we try our best to get things picked up at night. I apologize that you had a bad experience.

  These roofing guys were awesome. I love working with companies that feel wholesome and not corporate. The owner, Eric, was the one who helped and he was sooo kind and honest. Wholeheartedly trust the guy. Always love to put in a good word when i see ethical business. We all know that’s hard to come by these days
