  Their work is falling apart after 5 years. Missing flashing. Insufficient nails in our siding. Insufficient water proofing around vents. Couldn’t ask for worse! Avoid like the plague

  If your have to do all the leg work to get a quote and scope of work added to the document. It is typically a sign of bad business. Quote was reasonable but does not list materials or labor just a flat amount with money up front. Beware in the dsm area. Update: They reached out to reconcile the review. However they sent someone else out who is an expert in windows not siding (siding is what I needed fixed and the waddle employee admitted this themselves). He said he would need to reach out to someone else with the pictures he took and could provide a quote after. Came back with a quote x2 the original estimate and now only care about getting this review updated. Well... Here is the update. Do NOT do business here. Too many other reputable companies in the area. Ultimate Exterior to name just one.

  We contacted Waddle for a roof inspection, and they told us we had a fair amount of damage to the roof and siding. After the insurance adjuster did a report and told us we didn't have enough damage for a claim, Waddle lost interest. We …

  Hello.. becoming desperate for information. I have been asking since June for you to help us. Our gutter system is completely clogged and no one can clean them as the gutter guards need to be removed in order to do that. Got an answer yesterday after a fifth phone call that an estimate done two weeks ago said there is hail damage so the warranty is not valid anymore but we still don't know what to do with this failed system. Our foundation is drowning. Are you literally not able to clean them for us either? If we pay someone to tear the guards off what will that look like after? So far we know warranty voided and value is $8000....and word again to wait for someone to contact us.

  I would of givin them more stars but when they removed the shingles they threw them against my garage scratched up the siding and 2 years later still no repairs. They took a sample and now I have scratches & missing siding 😡

  We had a roof leak after several days of heavy rain and Tyler did a great job helping us out. He was very personable, showed up on time, and fixed the leak up quick! I would definitely recommend Tyler and Waddle Exteriors for anyone looking for service.

  Waddle Exterior helped us out greatly! Jamie, our salesmen was amazing from the start. He remembered us from Aug 2019 when they did work on shingles, gutters and toppers for us. In 2026 we have added an addition on our home and they were willing to work with us on the price and materials. Reusing the toppers and down spouts from before to cut down on cost for us. They educated on the seamless gutters and the need for new material. James, the field manager was quick responding, gave us his personal cell number and responded quickly both call and text through the entire project, on installation day to ensure we were satisfied and their proposal was upheld. Business hours don’t exist with these guys, they are truly here for the best outcome for their customers. The crew showed up, were efficient, and had the gutters and downspouts installed quickly. They were kind and communicated well with us, as well as cleaned up their work area! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Jeremiah, I want to sincerely thank you for coming out to inspect the roof that your company replaced back in 2023. I truly appreciate your time and professionalism during the inspection. I’m grateful that you agreed with me regarding the aesthetics of the depression between the two exhaust pipes, it doesn’t look ideal but after a thorough inspection both inside and outside, it’s reassuring to know that there are no structural issues. Since the depression sits directly on a truss, we were both puzzled as to why it appeared. I appreciate you asking the engineers back at the office what can be done about this. I really appreciate your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.
