  They were great going through the process of dealing with insurance but I asked for a roof with no nails showing. There are ways to install for minimum nails to show. There is a ton of nails showing. Not only that but in spots around the pipes going through the roof, it looks like they chewed the tile to cut it. I emailed two guys from the company from past emails and then I also submitted on their website a request. Days later and I haven’t heard anything.

  I’m sorry you were confused on the financing options. We have multiple lending programs and all of them we are very clear and transparent on. They all have their own specific benefits and the one you choose was not the zero interest program. You chose the same as cash program which does have the option to not make payments on it for up to 6 months. However, the documents and our team is very clear that the interest does start right away on that program. Again, I’m so sorry that you got the programs mixed up.   No soliciting and no trespassing signs mean nothing to this company. Even a sheet on the door clearly stating not to knock or ring the doorbell, especially roofing companies. Still rang the doorbell. You lost any chance of business from me and received a negative review because you can't respect people.

  Though yet to purchase any products from Wagner - two representatives did show up to assess the condition of the roof with the results being as expected - several years remaining anticipated - there was no pressure conveyed - however - clear and accurate information was offered by the representatives - Bruce and Jared - which was substantiated by pictures of the area inspected - due to my own interest I asked if they have any involvement with solar applications - affirmative and more to follow - . . ..
