  Took the whole afternoon off to come buy a truck from Walter roofing that was already sold. Both my husband and I lost money from their inconsideration.

  Haley - we are sorry that you took the afternoon off and didn’t get the used service truck we were selling. We tried to be very upfront with you and all other ~100 Facebook marketplace inquiries that we received on that truck in just one day that it was first come first serve and there would be no holds. Our owners were at our Omaha office in interviews all day and our receptionist was doing the best she could to reply to everyone. We offered to buy you and your husband lunch sometime out of goodwill and our offer still stands. We can’t control outcomes but we can control how we treat people. Please let us know your favorite restaurant and we will send you a gift card. We believe our actions speak louder than a one star review and our offer remains if you’d like to take us up on it. - Walter Roofing

  I hired Walter Roofing to repair my hail damaged roof in October of 1922. The non-english speaking crew performed the work in November. As they removed the old shingles, they tossed the old shingles over the side of the house. In doing so, they broke off a motion light and damaged our deck box. They also damaged the new gutters and most of the leaf guards I had previously installed. I ask that they repair the leaf guards. Never saw them do so, but they said repairs had been made. I still discover damage to this day. I am now having to hire repair work done as some of the gutters no longer perform as intended during a heavy rain due to the damage. I hesitate recommending this company. But if you do hire them, insist on the "A" crew, not the "F" crew that worked on my house. Gary Hammers, ASLA Emeritus

  Travis came to our house to look at a minor leak that we found. It ended up being a crack in a roof vent. He caulked the crack for us and then also checked every other vent on the roof and caulked anything he saw. This was a consult and he didn’t charge us. He went above what was required and I’d recommend them to anyone.

  Looks like a brand new house. Incredible team to work with. Owner Jesse is super positive, Chris helped me through every detail, Ryan was great help day of, Alex and team did incredible job with our new roof.

  I hired Bryan to do the gutters, the pipe boot, and other things, and he did AMAZING. From the beginning, he was so quick with the quote, kept the client's needs in mind, and got the job done right away. Throughout all this, his communication is unmatched.
