If you want someone that isn’t reliable and doesn’t care about your time, Heart Roofing is the company for you. Made an appointment for Thomas to come to our house to give a quote on a roof repair. I made arrangements with work. He didn’t show up. No notice. I texted him. He said he had an emergency job. Understandable but he could have texted. He came by eventually. Looked at the roof. He seemed reasonable. Gave us a quick quote. We accepted. He said the crew would be by the next day at 7 AM. I made arrangements with work. I stated receiving emails from Heart Roofing, responding to another customer. We got up a 6 to receive them. Nobody came. Finally I texted Thomas at 8:30. He said the crew decided to go do a different job. I asked why he didn’t let us know. He had no response. I told we would find someone reliable to do the job.

Can Carnegie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused you. It’s clear that we fell short of the level of professionalism and communication you rightly expected, and for that, I take full responsibility. While unexpected issues can arise in this line of work, there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication regarding scheduling changes or delays. You made accommodations on multiple occasions, and we did not show the courtesy of keeping you informed — that’s unacceptable. Please know that your feedback has been taken seriously, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure better accountability and customer communication moving forward. Again, I apologize for the disruption and disappointment, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Wishing you the best in finding a reliable solution for your roofing needs. Sincerely, Thomas Kight Heart Roofing

I couldn't be happier with Heart Roofing, and owner, Thomas, for my new roof. From start to finish he kept me fully updated on progress including notifying me of a potential rain delay (which barely slowed the work down), he fit me into his …

I would highly recommend Heart roofing. I have a small recently purchased mobile home and my roof was an absolute disaster. The crew from Heart roofing fixed it and I can be worry free from now on.

Heart Roofing completed my roof repairs and comprehensive site clean up in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Without being asked, they even trimmed up tree branches that overhung the roofline. Job well done. BZ to the Heart team.

What a breath of fresh air to work with a no nonsense, no-games Professional Roofing Company. From the first contact to the final cleanup, I have never been more impressed with a company, their crew, their back office personnel, and their complete dedication to real customer service. You can get a fist full of other bids, but you won’t do any better than hiring Heart Roofing to do the job right. Completely satisfied with every detail of the job.
