I had new gutters installed by Hayes Brothers Roofing, and I’m very impressed with the whole experience. Eric was extremely professional and easy to work with. Any small install concerns were handled right away with no hassle. Later on, I noticed one of the leaders was not draining correctly, and it turned out the older drain pipe was too small, not an issue with the quality of the installation. Eric came out, checked everything carefully, and planned the right adjustment to make the drain pipe opening larger so leaves and debris would not get stuck. I really appreciated that there was no charge for the adjustment. Honest pricing, dependable service, strong workmanship, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for gutter and roofing related work.

We had a new roof installed on our single-story 1,800 sq ft home and compared three roofing contractors before choosing one. The pricing was fair and right in the middle, and we moved forward because of the strong reviews and the clear roofing process they had in place. We are completely satisfied with the whole job, and the results even went beyond what we expected. The tear-off of the old shingles was fast, clean, and professional, and the new roof installation turned out excellent. After the job, we had a question about the sealant work around the skylights and chimney flashing, and the team did a great job explaining everything they completed. We were very pleased to see the caulking and sealing work was done with real care and looked better than what we have seen on other roof jobs. The office staff and service crew kept communication smooth from start to finish, and the workmanship was top quality. The new roofing system looks great, and we would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone needing dependable roofing work.

We had been dealing with a chimney leak every time it rained, and a previous roofer only replaced the flashing without fixing the real problem. After reaching out based on a neighbor’s recommendation, the roofing team inspected everything …

I highly recommend Hayes Brothers Roofing for any roofing work. They were very easy to work with and helped schedule everything around my availability. At first, I hoped a small roof patch would stop the leak, but it became clear a full replacement was the right fix for my older roof. The crew handled the job during hot summer weather and stayed professional, hardworking, and focused from start to finish. The new roof looks excellent and has given me much more peace of mind. They paid close attention to the details, kept the work area clean, removed all debris, and checked carefully for nails in the driveway and yard before leaving. I was very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall professionalism. They did an excellent job and made the whole roofing process smooth and stress free.

I can’t say enough good things about the roofing team. I had a roof leak, and as soon as I called, they set up an appointment and had someone out to my home the next day. Johnathan, the estimator, was very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. He found the source of the leak and also explained that my gutters needed attention because they were not the right fit for the roof pitch and had built-up debris. Within 24 hours, the roof repair was completed, and shortly after that, I had new gutters and gutter guards installed. The whole process was smooth, fast, and handled with real care.

Highly recommend Hayes Brothers Roofing for roof repair work in Cincinnati. eric was very detailed when explaining the roofing repair i needed and was honest and upfront about the whole process. He was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach by text, which made scheduling and questions simple. The quote was one of the best we received compared with other local roofing contractors, and the value was excellent. eric and johnathan did a great job on the repair, checked the problem area carefully, and even helped caulk a roof pipe to help prevent future leaks. the crew worked efficiently, kept everything clear, and made the whole experience easy. i would recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service.

This roofing company is much more than just a roofer. They truly care about their customers and consistently go above and beyond what you would expect. I had a new roof installed on my home, and later on I needed a repair related to weather wear around the flashing. Even though the issue was outside the original workmanship coverage and was not caused by their earlier roofing work, they still stepped in and handled everything at no charge. Their crew removed shingles in the affected section, repaired the roof structure, replaced damaged decking, and took care of several siding boards on my older home. Since matching the existing wood siding was not easy, Eric made sure the material was specially prepared so the repair would blend in properly. They also finished the job by painting the new siding, which really showed their attention to detail. What stands out most is their honesty, communication, and quality workmanship. They explained the roofing repair process clearly, stayed professional from start to finish, and made sure the home was protected from future weather issues. The value was excellent, and the level of service gave me real peace of mind. It is hard to find a roofing contractor that stands behind their work long after the original roof installation, but this team absolutely does. If you want a dependable roofer with strong customer service, fair pricing, and work you can trust, I would highly recommend them.

I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and got the roofing job moving once I picked the shingle color. The crew arrived right at 7am as promised and had the roof replacement completed by 5:30pm. They also replaced damaged plywood caused by leaks from worn shingles, and the whole process was handled smoothly. Johnathan was in charge, very friendly, and went above and beyond to explain each step of the roofing work. They also installed wider gutters, which should do a much better job handling heavy Cincinnati rain and help prevent water from overflowing. The new gutters look great, the crew was punctual and professional, and they made sure everything was cleaned up with all debris removed before leaving. I definitely recommend them for roofing and gutter work.
