  i highly recommend this roofing crew for anyone needing urgent roof repair or a leak inspection. We reached out after a referral from someone who had a full roof replacement done by them, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. oliver came out quickly to inspect my mother's home when we were worried about a roof leak. He checked the roofing system carefully, looked inside the attic, and even recorded video so he could clearly show what was going on. It turned out the issue was not a roof leak at all, but a small condensation problem near a vent. That honest assessment took a big weight off our shoulders and saved us from unnecessary repair work. I really appreciated how thorough, professional, and straightforward the whole inspection was. They explained everything in simple terms, answered our questions, and made us feel confident about the condition of the roof and ventilation. It is hard to find a roofer that is this honest and detailed, and now i know we have a roofing company we can trust for future roof repairs, inspections, and any other roofing needs.

  Everything was careful and thorough, from the first estimate to the roof and gutter installation and the final cleanup. The attention to detail really stood out. i have a historic home with decorative built-in wood gutter hangers, and preserving that original look was very important to me. Their gutter and roofing work seemed a bit higher in price at first, so i got a few other bids, but the other contractors wanted to cut off the gutter hangers instead of working around them. oliver made it clear that keeping the home's historic appearance intact mattered, and that gave me a lot of confidence. The team took the time to match the gutter work with the style of the house and made sure the finished result looked right with the existing roofline and trim. tanner also came back after the project was done to go over everything and answer questions. We noticed a small decorative roof section was missed at first, and it was fixed quickly without any hassle. i was very pleased with the service, workmanship, and care they showed for the home, and i would recommend them without hesitation.

  To keep it short, we’ve been dealing with a leaking flat roof for a long time since buying our home. Recently, Oliver and Tanner, along with the roofing crew, worked extremely hard to finally get the flat roof repaired the right way. They stayed focused, explained the roofing work clearly, and put a lot of care into fixing the leak issues we had been facing.   Hayes & Sons Roof Repair installed our roof several years ago, and the whole job was done right. Later, we noticed a small shingle problem, called, and Tanner came out quickly to take care of it under warranty with no hassle. More recently, after our overhead electrical line was moved underground, we needed the roof area repaired where the old service pole had been removed. They scheduled the visit for the same day as the utility work, which made the process easy and kept everything on track. At the same time, Oliver helped with removing an old weathervane from the roof peak and installing the new one, making sure the flashing, shingles, and overall roof work were sealed up properly to help prevent leaks. The crew was professional, responsive, and careful with the details, and we are very happy with the roofing service. Highly recommend.

  Oliver came out to provide a roof estimate and was right on time. he gave me a clear quote for a new roof in about 30 minutes, and when i called back later to book the job, they were able to get me scheduled quickly. The crew got the shingles in the color i wanted and started the roofing work without delay. They replaced rotten roof decking, rusty flashing, underlayment, and all the pipe boots that pass through the roof. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing was upfront, and there were no surprise charges. The finished roof looks great, and I am very happy with the workmanship, the cost, and the overall professionalism. After the job was done, they checked to make sure i was satisfied and said to call if any roofing issues came up.   After the last severe storm, we had heavy water and ice buildup on our church’s flat roof. In the past, when it was not handled quickly, it led to deep ponding on the roof. The water pushed up around the flashing and worked its way into the ceiling area, causing major interior leaks. Oliver and Tanner sent a roofing crew to melt, break apart, and clear off the ice buildup. After their roof service, only a very small amount of water got inside, and that happened before the crew treated the problem. Their fast work helped protect the building, prevented bigger roofing damage, and likely saved us a lot in repair costs and insurance trouble. Great roofing service overall!
