I would give this company 0 stars but it’s not an option! They have a dude with a shaved head and long beard that is a complete jack off… He’s rude and not very good at his job!

Showed up promptly to provide an estimate on residing our house, but haven't heard anything from them since. Called three time and left a message but no return call. Guess I'll move on to someone that needs the business.

Scott and his crew were absolutely wonderful. We had a mysterious external leak that caused a lot of trouble with the last storm. Smet was over fixing our neighbor's roof at the time, so we gave them a call. Within a couple days, Scott was out checking over our home. He is so knowledgeable and was up on the roof finding the exact cause of the leak - even taking pictures to show us what was happening. It was such a relief to have a company come out that was not only friendly but was clearly knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. No upsells or pushing tactics - just real people doing quality work when you are in need of it. Our project was completed within the next week or so and the crew member who came out (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was extremely friendly, even letting us know when he did a supply run incase we wanted to let our dog in the yard while he was out. We would happily reach back out to Smet for future house needs and will also highly recommend.

Scott, Ryan and Adam did great work on my siding. Scott was thorough and fair in the quote and the workmanship was thorough too. Knowledgeable, professional and attention to detail- my neighbors even commented how hardworking & professional …

We loved working with Scott!! He was the most thorough of all of the folks we had give us a quote, and was very informative. It did take a couple months for them to start the work, but that just means they're in demand! Scott and his crew did SUCH a fantastic job, and they were always very kind. Scott himself was consistently on-site and even up on our roof working with his crew. He also regularly checked in with us to keep us informed of their progress and the expected timeline. If we had the money for all the projects we have around the house, we would certainly hire them again and again!!
