  Poor communication high prices stay away

  We are unsure who this individual is. But it appears, based on their profile that this person only leaves 1 star reviews and often isn't happy with any company. For whoever this may be, we apologize you feel our prices are high. When comparing prices, it is important to be sure you are comparing comparable companies. We are certified by our manufacturers, we install excellent products and provide services that exceed all customer expectations.

  Absolutely terrible. BUYER BEWARE! Crew was incompetent. Couldn't even put the drip edge on properly. Then when I had a leak that collapsed my ceiling, they tried to tell me my siding soaked up all that water and made it leak. Then when I cut the siding away and exposed their horrible flashing, they stopped responding to my calls and blocked me on Facebook. In my opinion, they are incompetent crooks that cut corners and look for the quick payout and do not stand behind their warranty.

  This is why people can't always trust online reviews.  Mr. Leiting is accusing Absolute Roofing of poor workmanship for services that were not completed in 2015.  Project was completed per the insurance settlement agreement.  When the roof was exposed, all visible step flashing was in good condition and appeared not to need replacement.  Unless there is reason to believe the flashing is in poor condition, we do not replace/remove siding.  Over the past 7 years; the fiberboard siding has deteriorated causing a path for water infiltration.  Due to this and how the flashing was installed prior to our installation has caused Mr. Leiting's leakage.  During correspondence with Mr. Leiting, he has threatened to call an attorney and slander our company on social media.  We do not work with people to yell and curse at any of our employees.  We are a professional company that is willing to help customers in need.  But Mr. Leiting's actions and conversations have voided any assistance we have offered.  Side note, I have spoked to Mr. Leiting's insurance adjuster and explain the situation of the leakage.  He apologized for what he told Mr. Leiting and agreed with how we handled the project at the installation time.

  Absolute Roofing had done a complete reshingle job on both my house and barn about 10 yrs ago. Recently a few shingles detached during high velocity winds. These things can happen. So it's reassuring that Absolute Roofing stands behind its reputation of a 5 star company and replaced those shingles at no cost to me.

  I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Absolute Roofing was top notch and worthy of my time. First, years ago, I contacted the company after purchasing a building to do an evaluation on the roof. The owner was honest and straightforward. He relayed that the current roof was aging, but still effective in protecting the building. It would have been easy to recommend a replacement, but he gave an honest assessment. Second, a few years later on the same building, a tree fell on the roof and created damage. Absolute Roofing's owner came out within hours of my call and did an analysis of the work required. Even without a contract, he took it upon himself to create a temporary patch for the hole in the roof to protect the building. That showed true character. I try to engage with business owners and contractors that work on my buildings like it was their own home. Absolute nailed it. They quoted me a two week lead time, but actually completed the repair faster than expected (8 days later) with the owner himself making a special trip out on a Sunday to move the last of their equipment away and provide a final cleanup. It demonstrated just stellar customer service. In the end, my insurance adjuster inspected the work and said, "Wow, your roofer gave you a great deal and they followed all of the revised codes." The adjuster, even with depreciation on the old roof, was able to fully fund the fees charged by Absolute Roofing for the replacement. It was a great experience from start to finish.
