  Changed from 5 stars to 1. Zach contacted me after being tagged on Facebook last Wed. He was my only responder that day and also charged what I thought was a fair price ($100). Our skylight was leaking; he came by right away, explained what was wrong, showed me pics, and would be back to fix it same day. Very nice guy. Later he texted that he had a family emergency and he'd return Thu, which he did. However, that evening we had torrential rain and the skylight leaked badly. Pieces of ceiling paint were on the floor. I texted him again and he said he would return Fri to look @ it....he did not per doorbell camera. Sat I texted again w/no response, even after stating I would be home all weekend. I totally understand not working weekends and I'm not the only client, but it only takes a few seconds to let someone know what is happening. Additionally, some people mentioned in their reviews that he did stop by on weekends for an estimate so I hoped for a text at the very least of when he would be back. More rain was expected--I had to call someone Sun to put a tarp over the skylight to deter more water damage. Between that person and another contractor from whom I got a quote, the sealing around the window was done poorly/improperly. Luckily I am only out $100 but this is unacceptable. I used Cash App since I was told there would be a $25 fee if I wrote a check, which I've never heard of a fee for using a check, only a credit card. I would not have used this company if it weren't for all of the glowing reviews. Here I am a week later and still no contact or resolution. I had high hopes and am very disappointed.

  Just spent $450 to fix a problem they created while replacing the roof (mostly missing soffit and some trim). They admitted it was their problem to fix and said a number of times they'd be out to fix it. Every time a no show. In theory they guarantee their work, in practice maybe not so much.

  Sorry you feel that way but that is completely false. We did your roof as per contract, you had 3 layers of roofing material including cedar shake, that left a gap that had nothing to do with our roof or installation of the roof. Fascia & soffit was not a part of our contract & we did come out multiple times to try to figure something out but without replacing an entire section there was nothing we could do, especially out of pocket for material & my guys time. We never admitted to it being our problem to fix because it had nothing to do with the installation of the roof as per our contract. We are under no obligation to come out of pocket for something that has nothing to do with us. We definitely guarantee all of our work & we will continue to cover the work completed by us. Feel free to reach out if you have any issues that actually fall on us. Our warranty does not cover a gap in your soffit from multiple layers of roofing material that were removed to properly sheet your roof & install shingles.

  My husband was excited to call after searching on Google and reading all the reviews. Two days in a row he was supposed to come and didn't even bother to call. Spent both days waiting. Next time maybe just say no?

  Zach and his crew were great.i liked the fact that they cleaned up the site as the job progressed. The team was respectful moving items that were in there way on putting them back. I was kept informed of any issues that came up. Overall a great crew to work with!!!

  We had flooding from our chimney during a storm and they came right away and fixed our chimney. Super professional and reasonably priced. Great communicators. Will definitely use again for any roofing needs!

  I used Xtreme Roofing for my new roof, and it turned out amazing! The crew that came out to do the work was very respectful of my space, they took the time to move all my potted plants and yard furniture, and put everything back in the exact spot! The yard was super clean when they left, you can’t even tell! Zach was very helpful leading up to the install answering all my questions and explaining options. He is extremely responsive to calls and texts. I would highly recommend using Xtreme Roofing & Home Repair! The photos are from before, during, and after. He supplies them to you. Such a thoughtful touch!

  Zach and his crew were very professional, did a great job on my roof, did a great job on clean up as well, the cost was exceptionality great compared to others! I will always recommend Extreme Roofing, to my friends and family and I even refer him to my clients, that’s how great they are. He will also be changing my flat roof! Well flat roof was done but the material was defective, so, Zach came through and replaced it with a rubber roof! and it so far looks great! Great job Zach and Crew!
