8-7-25 The roof replacement (over a year ago) was done in one day. After the job I kept finding roofing nails that show up in my driveway every now and then. I've found them on at least 6-8 different occasions. I doubt they are coming …

Dear Mr. Szwedo, Thank you for your detailed feedback and for trusting us with your roof replacement. We’re glad to hear that the overall installation was completed thoroughly and on time, but we’re truly sorry to hear about your ongoing concerns with the stray nails and the lack of follow-up after your recent call. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, especially when it comes to communication and follow-through. Your experience matters to us, and your feedback helps us improve. We’d really like to make this right. A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to schedule another visit and ensure everything is inspected thoroughly. Please rest assured that we take warranty issues seriously and are committed to standing by our work. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience. BNW Installations replaced my roof and gutters and did a great job. They were able to beat all other pricing and timing. Arrived when they said they would and completed all work in 1 and a half days. Bill provided a written quote explaining everything, no 2 hour meeting or high pressure sales pitch like a couple other competitors. I highly recommend them. We are very happy with our results. Thanks so much to his entire team.

We had our roof, soffit, downspouts, siding and two doors replaced by BNW Installations. It was a huge project. They were kind, efficient and we love the work that was done. Their price was reasonable as well. So appreciate it Bill and the BNW team (and our neighbors who told us about them!)

I have been using BNW for several years and have had roofs put on three different properties. Quality work at a fair price. Recommended Bill and his crew to several friends as well.
