  Had a leak in the roof noticed the first hard rain docks did not Evan come out said it would be another 575 to fix leek would not come out to temporarily fix leak unless I accept there estimate

  So it all started great, requested a quote and they were there the following day and a sent quote. But once you sign their contract it seems all communication is out the door. Never received a response they received our signed contract (had to reach out). Never was informed of a timeframe of when work was going to be performed. Again reached out and received their two week window, which came and gone with no communication of an updated timeframe or a new schedule. Again reached out and finally was given a day once they called back. Be cautious of the contract as they say any plywood needing replacement would be additional cost of $95/sht. ($12 at Lowes). We knew we needed some plywood replaced but if not the entire roof, which thank God my wife was home because th a t was their intention. That would have been 11k over quote, so my wife informed them to use the plywood they brought and replace the worst ones. They had nearly 60 sheets but after they completed the job they still had extra plywood left. So did I really need the entire roof replaced like they were going to do? Be cautious of installers as they were to protect our new gutters (they didn't) which got scratched up. They ripped our solar tube right off the roof which if anyone knows those are sealed units, so we had that issue. The new flashing around the chimney was installed with huge kink through it. So make sure you are able to go on your roof or someone else can to inspect their work. Found multiple defective shingles installed (missing the granules), our ridge cap was installed so crooked it was off by about 5 inches and it is only about 10 foot long for that section. Lastly was never informed for a crew coming to fix repairs but just showed up. This Company lacks communication.

  If you want a contractor that will threaten you after he punches a hole in your ceiling through the roof he supposedly replacing and then text your husband that you’re going to be in more trouble if you don’t stop standing up for your rights.. Don’t expect a certificate of insurance don’t expect a permit before they start the work and certainly don’t expect lien waivers. Just bullying and threats. Then this is definitely the contractor for you. Right now, the work isn’t even fully done. We still have a huge hole in the ceiling and it’s quite possibly we have no warranty. Which of course I’ll be contacting Owens Corning about since that was the reason we picked them. Run away from this contractor.

  Don't trust them. They didn't complete the job when promised and added costs to the invoice without discussion. The workmanship is ok, but not as good as I expected for their price.

  It says on their site that they’re THE ONLY platinum preferred contractor with Owen’s Corning in the Kenosha/racine area and that’s a flat out lie. I’ve met with many other roofers in this area with the same certification. If they lie about that they’ll lie about whatever they need to in order to get your business.

  I have used Dick's Roof repair several times and was always satisfied. This last time I was extremely disappointed. Noone came and talked to me they just sent an estimate without coming out. They then started working on the wrong part of the roof. Very disappointed.

  After the work was done , I found many nails in my yard and driveway. The people who did the work were very messy , I also had to pick up garbage in my front yard from them . The price was fair and affordable but when we had a massive rain storm, I had a leak in kitchen .

  After a tornado damaged our roof this spring, Dicks was the ONLY company out of 5 that came and tarped our roof. They also did a complete tear off and installed a new roof and vents and flashing. The crew was professional and worked through the high temperatures. Highly recommend!

  Replaced shingles on shed, and it was done very quickly with no mess left behind! All the staff from the office to the roofers were very pleasant to work with. Excellent job and great price!

  They did a great job on the roof, gutters, and downspouts. The cleanup was very good. Only found a few nails that were missed. It was a very hot day, and they were able to put the roof on in one day.

  Everything was great except for all the roofing nails I found on my driveway. I also got one in my tire that I had to get removed. Whenever we got bad weather is when I found them. I sent pictures to my salesman.
