  5 years ago a flat rubber roof was installed for one of my apartments at a competitively good price. Recently everything started leaking badly. I called them for repair and inspection and never got a reply back. Upon inspection of 2 different independent licensed and insured contractors, both said the same thing that quality of initial install was very very poor and reasons why everything is leaking now 5 years into it. Sucks that it took 5 years to discover and validate the workmanship and quality. Would not recommend to anyone for flat rubber roof style at least.

  Hello Peter, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your rubber roof five (5) years after we installed it. Unfortunately we have NO record of you reaching out to us recently that you are having issues. I believe shortly after the roof was installed, you were having leaking issues. Gary came out and inspected the roof and was determined that the leak was from around the roof coping and the bricks around the rubber roof. The mortar was deteriorated and you were advised to hire a cement mason to tuck-point all the bricks and the coping on top of the bricks.   I had seven estimates from different roofing companies before choosing Carlino's. Carlino's wasn't the lowest priced but compared to the top four roofing companies seen on TV commercials at double the price, he delivered the same quality work without the dog and pony show. Just straight foreward pricing quality work and warranty. My roof looks great and I had a few nieghbors complement the work that was done. I'm glad i used a local company! Thank you Gary and crew for a great job!

  They did my mom’s roof. They were extremely friendly, fast, efficient, and very organized. When they were done, they made sure everything was picked up and nothing was around. They were amazing.

  We recently had our roof replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, and they made sure we understood what was being done every step of the way. What really stood out was the care they took around our home—they even went out of their way to protect a duck nest in our flower bed, which meant a lot to us.   We lost some shingles in a windstorm the other day... I called just to get more info and a team was on site in just a few hours. I was expecting an estimate and scheduled work. I was told a fare price and they said they can do the work right now. I was very impressed with the work and quick response.
